dont recieve an e-mail from batcoin

i started with mining batcoins.
now i need an e-mail form batcoin to confirm and edit my account.
used pin and there is standing "send e-mail to confirm" or something like that
i open my e-mail but no confermation mail
i send a mail to batcoin but no answer.
what can or must i do  ?

Do you mean a batcoin pool? Either check your spam folder or just use another pool.
