Could you try this again, delete everything related to bitcoin even in appdata.

Make sure in options/wallet you do not uncheck "Spend unconfirmed change" or you will have to wait for a confirm for a correct display.
Any significantly advanced cryptocurrency is indistinguishable from Ponzi Tulips.
