1. What happens if he doesn't bother to give that info back? You just delete them and make v3 Testnet coins even more scarce. He has plenty, wouldn't it be a semi good idea to pass them along to the next person that needs them? It's like giving Elon Musk back Monopoly money.

3. Hang out in these types of places long enough, have an opinion, and support free markets... you'll get negative feedback as well, I have plenty of positive feedback as well. My negative feedback is being the only self-sustaining Testnet faucet, supporting free markets, and Midnightmagic scamming me for my Wiki deposit that was made by Mark from MT gox + MM removing huge important sections...
