Pi was the first project i mined when I came into the space, first i though it’s something that would be after like a year interval or so, I kept mining for months until I got tired of the project I stopped mining, I’m lucky enough to remember the password I used to create this Pi account, I’ll say I’m among the set of persons that airdrop paid up to a million+ but greed didn’t let me sell, just imagine me budgeting money that’s still alternating. By the time I was ready to sell, Omo this coin dump like mad…. With the way the market is right now, it’ll take almost 2 years before Pi will retrace to it’s previous listing price..

The good thing about pi is that they tried when comes to rewarding folks that farmed it we , compare to that useless over hyped project name pi.

The future of this project seems good, but how much success they can bring to this project in the future will depend on their team. However, investing in this coin does not seem beneficial to me at all because Bitcoin is the only good investment, but all other coins are very risky.
Yes, it is mining and has rewarded some people, but most people have not been rewarded yet, rather it has created a long-term roadmap. This Pi project has been mining for a long time, but they have not been able to reward much comparatively, yes it is true that it has been promoted a lot, but I do not trust them that much at the moment.

Though I didn’t farm it but I believe most people here did because I remembered then how they use pi to disturb us 6 years ago ( which kinda long though) but still the listing wasn’t bad at all , folks made thousands of dollars from it  and a friend of mine also bagged from ( making pi to be the first project to pay him $1k+).

This crypto space is a amazing place fill with lot of opportunities that can change one’s lives for the better, and we are going to hear a lot of stories like this as time goes especially in this bullrun , whatsoever you doing in this space that’s right keep doing it , it doesn’t matter how long it may take but it will surely payoff , using this media to encourage our naija board that no matter what we should keep thriving in what we do .

I farmed pi, but I was not lucky to be among those who benefited from it. I lost my phone around 2021 and couldn't access my account again, so starting over was difficult for me because my former account had about 400+ pi over 2 years, and I was discouraged again because they would promise match 14 of this year and when the time came, we didn't get any information about the listing date, so I didn't bother to create another account since that year.

To be honest, I still dey happy for people that sell their pi on the listing date, because mining a single project for 6 years is not easy. One thing about the projects we are mining is that anyone who pays should not waste time to sell it because some of us believe the price will rise. For example, those who are still holding pi believe that after Binance lists it, the price will rise, pi which was listed above $1is now trading around $0.5.

You’re right $pi won’t be able to survive the bear market , even those that where hyping it no longer speak about it , and I believe a lot of folks has fall victim of such hypes .

You know they Pi have a solid and a strong community for that matter, this give them an edge to stand firmly because most times what determines a project is how supportive the community could be, and whenever a project doesn't have solid community then it's that easier for them to fail completely.

A project that’s been hyped for years are the ones that can easily encourage and same time easily disappoint their community , $Pi started with a nice initiative , with aim for users to be able to mine with their mobile without the need for expensive hardware or high energy consumption while being user friendly.

But everything started when Bybit decided not to list it same with binance exchange which also lead to users having some doubt about $pi the reason why most pioneer was just making noise in this space was because of the airdrop payout , they believe they are going to make good money from the airdrop and they did any way but they didn’t care about the growth of the project or may be the project didn’t give them good reason to care for it .

This is a sign that any of these airdrops do not care about the community. Many accounts have yet to be verified and look at how the token price has dropped so bad. How could they even feel by mining the project for years and the market is sinking? Many Nigerians who put their hopes on this project and have not yet had their accounts verified will be blaming the project owner right now because I understand how it feels to have planned something finished and the money failed to drop.

However, the overhype was too much, my broda, many people were even arguing with me that Pi would list more than $100 for each pi, I was just laughing and told him, that with the number of people that mine this project around the world, if they give him $20, he should thank God. And for those who invested more after the listing, and thought the project would not fail like others that disappointed their community, perhaps they forgot that cryptocurrency doesn't care about your feelings.

I never for once believe the PI project because the roadmap was simply dormant and the team behind this project have slow pattern. Then come to think of it, why waste my precious time mining a project you and I know basically will take a long term to skyrocket or even get listed on any crypto exchange? It's tougher nowadays to prove ourselves as consistent winnings, we need to prepare ourselves for the possible challenges of the market and also try our best to ensure winnings remained constant

I'm never upset with my mistakes in the market, rather I learn from them and try my best to live up to my expectations in the market. Moreover we should be able to abide by rules and try our best to sealed a golden opportunities in the system.

I guess most people here did not mine the coin. I have seen people cashed out huge amount of money. The price it was listed today was very good and many people are in millions today in naira. I guess some people see up to 15/20 million naira for mining that coin.

People will sell the coin. Do not fall for the trap. Although, it was a good project. The mining was not stressful like those Telegram rubbish and yet far more rewarding. I wished I did it.

Since I started chasing airdrops, I haven't made a single dime from airdrops, so when Pi Network was built for people to mine it, I wasn't moved to mine Pi coin because I decided not to partake in any airdrops. Yes, some Nigerians who participated in mining Pi coin made a reasonable amount of money from it when it was launched on a centralized exchange. After Pi coin was listed on centralized exchanges, there was a guy in a WhatsApp group I belong to who invested $7 in Pi coin and ended up making $30k from Pi coin.

It was a boring mining process that I had been observing online for years and again and again and finally the result was a dead project. Besides, the kyc verification was another eventful experience overall my troubles were observed in failure and shitcoins are never as trustworthy as you might think.
When I was looking online about PI and I was considering mining through such a simple process which might benefit me in the future and I was very much looking forward to it. I also agree with you that we should learn from mistakes and invest in the right things instead of misusing the potential that has developed within us.

I’m big fan of privacy and security too , just imagine a project just come around that they represent pi network on different blockchain networks. This is just a way to lure users to their platform because most folks did farmer $pi , now just imagine this same project promise their users that if they deposit some pi they will have incredible returns and rewards. and the part that weak  me the most is the one that they are asking for users to paste their pi wallet seed phrases to withdrawal their $wpi token ( that’s the name of their coin ) , you don’t need any one to preach it to you that b this is a scam project so those of you that value your $pi stay away from such project and avoid sending your seed phrase to random platforms.

Pi na one project way test people patience and loyalty. I been sabi this project from way back, mined some of it on a device which I no get access to but, after I lost access to that device, I gave up on the project. Pi been just Dey give too many promises and archiving very little at the time. Even now way them list cef, no be really watin them promise from the start but for the best of the project, the price they listed at was ideal.
As we see, many people first approach was to take profit and I no go blame them shah, you just gats cash out some of those many years of being loyal and sticking to the project. Na so the cryptospace be. You gats get patience and perseverance.

Any Link or site that prompt you to import your seed is a phishing site or scam site that want to steal your coin, not only to pi coin but to all coin. This Is just a red flag to stay clear from this phishing sites. Pi core team will never ask you to import your seed from another site when they have their pi wallet in the pi browser. This guys are just looking for a way to steal peoples coin. It's because of This reason the team introduction a 2 factor authentication 2fA, for people to verify their wallet after importing their wallet seed,  So that you will have to pass through the active Gmail to access the account. And I believe that has solved alot of problem for now. The truth is that anyone that still have their pi coin should avoid any free pi airdrop that will ask the person to import seed to get access to their wallet. the safest place to input your 24 seed is in the pi browser/ wallet.  Scammers are real and everywhere looking for people that can fall victim.
