I noticed something recently  regarding the draft but I will like ask if the draft has a specific save to draft interval or all we have to do is click on the preview button everytime we need to save to draft.
If yes then can we have a lees time interval to accomplish this  , if a min interval would be better.
I recently lost a wall of texts due to sudden reload of the Web page, not sure what triggered it but I know it's unusual and I know there will be other members who had similar experiences, sometimes it could be an indelibrate reload of  a Web page.

yeah. Same here. Lost a whole write up and the inspiration gone. But then I have another issue, why is it that I can't send out of the draft? Like when I get to the draft after a preview or reload, it's been drafted. I was thinking it's gonna be something like a resend or send button there, but no. I feel like crying.

Although  I thought I locked the thread  earlier but seeing more comments made me realised I didn't so I locked it  and now your comment will make me unlock it again.
I don't really get your point actually but if you reload  without clicking the review button you will lose all your text but if saved in draft already , you can just copy it manually so I don't get what the send button is all about unless you are requesting for an auto copy button  to ease having to do it manually, that you have to do in a new thread. I will leave the thread open for a while  incase someone wants to reply it  or you want to clarify it

While typing it's always good to preview your full wall of text to know how they looks like and also to save them to your draft against any sudden break down of your network or uncalled page reloading or emergency shutdown of your device. When you preview it gives you that chance to save your post, but then you can retrieve them whenever you power back your device or gained back the Internet access to your phone, I am not sure how long this could last on drafts but it may not exceed 1-4 weeks Interval after which it may wipe off or as you keep posting that is how the older ones are clearing off from the draft box.

Modern community software (like the one I am building for free) can save your content automatically.   A few times I have accidentally closed a window while making a post - once I reopen the tab the content gets restored automatically.

While the "token ring" of bitcoin forums uses software too old to do this, PowerGlove could make a javascript change that every xx keystrokes it saves to a cookie... or maybe not - I'm not familiar with modern browser security.

(Token Ring is an obsolete network communication protocol, comparable to modern Ethernet or WiFi.   It the forum needed to be described in a way to describe its limitations, I'd say that's a good analogy.   Posting is slow because the tokens cannot handle the amount of data.)

The system can send out of the draft (it wouldn't) but I think you are asking why it can't just automatically save what you are typing - I answered that above.    There is no minimum time interval - whenever you hit the preview button, it will save a draft. You jest need to remember to move from the keyboard to mouse every now and then to do itSad
