We can learn more features about Bitcoin but most of us are only centered with profits flowing to our protein and forget to understand the market and how Bitcoin do work. Bitcoin is considered to be a high risk investment but it doesn't stop us from anticipating in this project. Well despite the risk associated to Bitcoin as listed above doesn't mean it is not profitable or return are not guaranteed. Of course return are guaranteed but not emidiately after investment. Many people are misinformed about Bitcoin profit to be a quick one perhaps it's not so. With my experience in couple of years Bitcoin has been profitable, only that it takes time. Looking from 2009 till date when Bitcoin was less than a dollar, it has grown significantly and making it way up, though some times we see it high and sometimes low do to it's volatility but it doesn't stops it from reaching it destination. It will keep on surging as demand keep rising and adoption keeps on increasing. In this process profit is made as time goes on. I have a thing or two to say about this “why we use money we can afford to lose”…. We’re not investing in expectations that we are going to lose or might. That statement is to discourage people from using money for basic needs, projects or emergencies to invest because bitcoin is a volatile assets and when it dips you might be at a huge loss if the need for that money arises.
That’s why we say use discretionary money (money you’re not using at that moment after settling major bills). It’s risk management and not Pessimism.

It is pretty much basic when you consider the topic of an uncertainty in bitcoin price especially in the long term. There is no way we can say that the returns that comes with bitcoin investment is 100% certain but what gives investors that kind of notion is when you are investing for the long term.

If you followed jayguangee long enough in his thread and the other threads he sometimes shares his opinion on, he has been a strong advocate of buying bitcoin with the DCA method even in times when the price is down, moderate or relatively high. The future is not guaranteed for any kind of investment but then, if you are too fearful of what the future holds, you might never take advantage of the present.
