I think you can still contact the platforms help desk for review of the presented document for the Kyc even when you haven't completed the Kyc yet.
Also check for your residential and other personal details in the document if it's match.
You can as well report to any of the authorities that issues the licence to confirm the authentication of the license. Maybe you've really been screwed on the processing because I know whatever government issues government identity cards and documents are acceptable exempt the exchange has it unique requirements.

Dude, is it so difficult to read at least few posts above before making pointless reply which isn't going to help. Few users already posted that BC.Game doesn't accept users from USA. For OP there is no legal way to use this website.

TU_btc don't be harsh on the guy at least no one outgrows learning here in the forum so we are all open to corrections, what some members fail to understand is that reading the entire replies on a thread before replying is very important to avoid the reputation of contributions and idea just like in this case with AVE5 reply. The thread has only had few users opinions when I posted mine that is to say the majority of repliers hasn't been of same direction that I'm expected to play along with them to assume they're saying the right thing via the demands of the Ops post.
I've only thought about making my own immediate research to what may have caused the decline of the platform not to have accepted the Ops drivers license for the Kyc as requested.
So, my opinion was assumed to be my own finding so, I shouldn't be expected to play along the crowd my adhering to what everyone has said otherwise, it may turn up to spamming and besides the majority could fail while the minors take the right path.
However, I bring it up to notice that I'm not a US resident to stay known that the BC.Game doesn't give access to the US residence in the sites. Perhaps you LTU_btc is just bringing it up to my knowledge. No one knows it all then I can just say thanks for telling because I've just been aware of this in the first time.

The US isn’t listed as an unsopported region with specific KYC restrictions on BC.Game, but for some reason they only seem to accept state IDs or a passport for identity verification, according to what has been mentioned by other users. If you have either of those documents, I would try doing KYC with one of them and see if you are still rejected.

When it comes to the issues with kyc, we have to be responsible to providing any gambling platform we are using the accurate and required documents needed in other for them to accept them, they make specifications on what is been required, that is why we should always know the type of platform we are going for, it also calls that we should be well prepared for this, because they can come in at anytime to demand for kyc from us, except we are using a platform that doesn't require KYC.

I know that it's a restricted country but people have found ways around it.  A very high percentage of their players U.S. players, they just play with VPN's.  A lot order fake documents but I'd rather not do something like that so I was just seeing if maybe someone here knows how.

I’m not really sure what’s the casino exact rules regarding your issue but US is usually not allowed to play on casino with license like BC since your country has your own license provider.

I doubt you can complete your KYC using restricted country ID. You can get a refund to your deposit but I doubt you can take your win on your condition.

I never heard something like this, but maybe and im not a guy who have full knowledge in this matter, but United State doesnt have some weirds regulations about the eprsonal information and also they dont have a clear document of you being a citizen like in other countrys, so maybe the driver license they dont want to took it because i super easy to have one in any state and cant have a proof or counter proof of that one being real?.

You can choose another casino that doesn't have a restriction from where you are. Even if with compliance to verify your identity if they can't do it for you as it's clearly written some geographical matters, you will not proceed.

It's not the US that does have problems with this but the casinos need to follow their rules and one of them is by dropping users from their country.

Looks like you are screwed op due to the reasons that multiple members above already pointed out. You took a risk knowing that your country is restricted and got screwed in the process though you could still get your deposit back if their team is willing to empathize with you.

That's doubtful though considering that this site has been having lots of KYC issues recently and don't have the greatest reputation in the crypto gambling world.

Even if by some miracle their staff verified your US passport, it's still against their terms to allow residents and players located in the US to gamble on the website. It makes no sense trying to cheat your way in. You can only create problems for yourself in the future if you win or deposit a significant amount and they realize who you are and where you are from. Find a legitimate site where US players are allowed instead.

Why don't you try with another valid document like the passport, that should do the magic, or even you can contact support and ask them what other option you have if the driving license isn't valid.

bc.game has been a trusted casino in the community and for sure if you provide the right documents they will validate the kyc and let you make the withdrawal.

There was no need for separate thread and this question would have been posted in the B.C. Game announcement thread and the representative would have also tell you what to do. And the way you asked the question it as if you an not a citizen of US and a new migrant. If you are a citizen of US the. You will know what to do to get a legit ID Card not coming here to ask for how to get US driver's license to do KYC. US driver's license is not for KYC only and it is used for person asset identification and I strongly believed real US citizens have used it to bypass KYC.
So you would asked if anyone US citizen has used it to bypass KYC in any casino. Lolz: it is not wise to ask that question in the internet because scammers will use this opportunity to scam you if you are not wise and smart. Scammers will tell you that they will do it for you and ask you to pay some amount of money and if you don't know that it is scam, they will scam you. OP's case is very strange, I read all the comments in this thread, from what I understood from the comments, the casino does not accept US citizens, something I have seen in the TOS of many casinos. But it is strange that OP's driver's license was rejected only because the casino does not accept US drivers licenses, but not because he is a US citizen

This means that if OP provided a national ID or Passport then it could be accepted, but from what I understand OP does not have a National ID or Passport, something very strange. Because OP could easily provide a national ID or Passport and do the KYC

If one document for KYC is not working, try another one and as a citizen, driving license is not a personal identification like National ID card. But driving license is for the car or other auto mobile identification. Op can use National ID card, or International passport.
And he should not depends on the driving license. As I said he should find out from other participants of the casino.

On a normal, a driver's license is a government-issued identity card so it should not be neglected because that alone is access to one personal data if entered.  Maybe an international passport could properly take the place of a driver's license but not everyone can be able to afford it while those who have a national identity number can use the card when necessary as it relates to kyc.

I can't say about this because I'm not a USA citizen. But if you have trouble doing KYC with a driving license, then you definitely shouldn't make the mistake of using an ID card or passport. Since you agree to use a driving license it's better not to hesitate to use an ID card. I can do KYC with everything including a driving license, ID card, and passport.

I am not trying to judge OP but have anyone seen his ID first? I am sorry to say as this might not be true but is the ID in good shape? Fake or real? We will never know, all we got is that BC.game won't accept it, since this isn't against their rules and regulations I am sure there is a valid reason why they won't accept this ID, I wish I can have a peak on his ID first.

Also we know how advanced AI has become now, even before AI become very smart today there are ways people go on about IDs, there are many fake ID that looks genuine online, I am not saying he has a fake ID but at this point nothing can help OP, if the casino sees something wrong with his ID then something is wrong definitely.

OP should contact the team and find other means of completing their request, also I wish he can provide image of the casino replies just to be more trusty, this days I don't trust people much, they always paint themselves as the saint while they are really not.
