I know that it's a restricted country but people have found ways around it.  A very high percentage of their players U.S. players, they just play with VPN's.  A lot order fake documents but I'd rather not do something like that so I was just seeing if maybe someone here knows how.

But I gotta say, I've read the responses on the other thread that I was directed to and it seems the majority of people are just looking to be contrary and rude instead of offering advice or just scrolling on by.  I don't see the point. 

Since the casino doesn't allow U.S citizens, how then do you expect that they could allow you to pass KYC with a U.S driver's license? It's never possible. If you are sure that there are a lot of citizens in that country that are gambling with VPN and you know any of them, you can ask how they managed to pass the KYC and they can be of help to you.

It's bodly written in their terms of service and US is one of the restricted countries on their website. I don't think writing to the support is going to help. He submitted a doc from one of the restricted countries.

Frankly, it’s the one thing that should have been looked over by a lot of users before (specifically discussing a US drivers license) on this users case.

Yeah. He didn't really provide any proof of his ordeal which is why it isn't easy to trust him, but BC.Game has a lot of ongoing KYC issues these days which is why it's not easy to trust them either.

If you are sure that there are a lot of citizens in that country that are gambling with VPN and you know any of them, you can ask how they managed to pass the KYC and they can be of help to you.

About this VPN of a thing, perhaps, some people could be using it and get away with it, but what if you are caught and your account is blocked for the allegation of multiple accounts? That's why I don't even advise anyone to use a VPN for any reason. The casino is not the only one in the world, so why the desperation?

I would too, because based on his narrative, he made the error of presenting a license from a country where it is not accepted by the casino. No amount of effort that you can do to defend your situation; if you violated the terms and the casino pointed this out, its no use fighting a loss cause.
The moral of the story is to read the terms of service and try not to violate them because you will have an issue once you cash out; you have to come out clean.

Playing in a casino that declares that you don't need to go through KYC to play there, or that in their ToS with some tricky but legally verified texts simply bypasses the issues of the need to go through KYC verification for clients and similarly in relation to the use of a VPN, is generally quite dangerous. A sudden requirement to go through KYC in case of winning and an attempt to withdraw money to your account becomes very unlikely. And here there are pitfalls and the casino may well start referring, for example, to the fact that it does not serve clients of players from certain countries, a list of which is in their ToS and which may well change over time and the introduction of some new sanctions by some countries in relation to other countries. In general, the risk of losing your money playing in a casino under such rather vague and constantly changing conditions is very high.

There are really no ways to get a document accepted for kyc verification when the casino already has added such document to their non acceptable documents.

So, if you live in the US and wants to pass kyc verification on bc.game, and they are not accepting your drivers license, I guess the first thing you should do is check if players from US are allowed to play on the casino, if really they are allowed, then find out the type of documents that the casino accepts from users from US for kyc verification, then choose from the list provided.

But if US is not allowed on the casino, then this easily explains why your drivers license is being rejected, better to look for another casino where you will have no such issues.

You mean players can manipulate the casino? This is a serious allegation. All we've seen here is you violate the terms, so you suffer the consequences, and I don't see any casino acting differently from your case; they will do the sane flagging your account for presenting documents coming from restricted countries.
I don't know what kind of help you want when it's hard to justify.

All the advice here is all about not violating the casino terms so you will not experience issues when withdrawing.

That's the problem out there and he should know the consequences of what he's doing. Since playing on restricted country will be his biggest issue for this matter. No wonder that he's KYC has been denied since maybe the support already see that he's not supposed to gamble on their platform.

One thing he can only do right now is to frequently contact the support and see what help he can get from then in his case. Although this case is somehow hard to solve but he could try to be polite and discuss this matter with them.

So if later turned out that US is restricted on Bc.game? I had first come across this thread yesterday and did posted a comment, I suspected this must be the issue since drivers license are one of the most used and accepted documents when it comes to kyc verification, I wondered that it's highly possible that the issue is because users from US are not allowed to play on Bc.game, turned out I was right.

Anyways, I personally didn't even know that Bc.game has a version that is specially dedicated to the US people just as Stake did with Stake.us.
And maybe op also used VPN to sign up on the casino because I believe Bc.game shouldnt have allowed him to sign up on the casino using an IP address from the US, if this be true, then he personally shoot himself on his own foot, he will likely lose his money except Bc.game is magnanimous enough to allow him withdraw his funds before closing the account.

OP is trying to get verified with an ID from a banned country, he could use a passport, he could use any other form of ID from his country that is banned, there is no way to do it.
It's like the US banning entrance of citizens from North Korea and one asks what ID from NK does one need to enter the country.

I can't say about this because I'm not a USA citizen. But if you have trouble doing KYC with a driving license, then you definitely shouldn't make the mistake of using an ID card or passport. Since you agree to use a driving license it's better not to hesitate to use an ID card.

By the way, this is, in my opinion, a big problem for players in this country. And apparently no serious concessions in such matters are expected in the near future.
I am generally inclined to think that the further we go halfway to the legalization of cryptocurrencies, the more actively any opportunities to maintain anonymity or even pseudo-anonymity of players will be destroyed. Exactly, instead of using VPN on a casino that in ban in their country or perhaps if VPN is ban on the casino, some gamblers would ignorantly ignore all of that and decides to do things their own way, it's when they are now cut up in the middle, that's when you will see them coming to make complain of how the casino is scam. You are right, although I just feel that some of them are just newbies.
