Due to large supply I am also not sure about it's going to have this figure in near future even many are trying to create hype about this which is daydreaming.

I'm not hyping PI just because I'm a miner with 1000 PI; but it's because of how it shocked many of project haters. I was a freshman in college when I first heard about PI and started mining it. I even gave up at one point, as newer projects like Notcoin, Cat and even Ton that came before PI got launched before it.

However, out of nowhere, the news broke that PI was getting listed, and it debuted around $3. As of writing this, it's trading between $1.5 and $2. The good news is that I'm still holding on to my PI, and I plan to do so until it reaches $10. From what I have seen there is no newly launched coin that haven't been said of having a promising future. It always comes with its own hypes. But that notwithstanding I can share this advise to you for free. Take part profit from the total pi you have been awarded  and hold part if you so believe that much in the future of this project to reach $10 then you'll still be making good profit from it even after playing safe by taking some percentage profits earlier on. That you believe so much in this project should blind you from acting safe. This space is filled with a lot of uncertainty.

Fair take, but let’s be real, $PI is holding stronger than most new launches, especially with BTC in a downtrend. It’s not just hype; 20M+ real users are backing this ecosystem. It would have been very disappointing that Pi at it's launch after over 5 years mining timeframe taken them it now launched at a price almost equivalent to projects that took like 6 months or less. What do you make of Bybit CEO rejecting to have the pi project launched on their exchange is a combination of a lot to be worried about as well.

Pi is a funny project and I don't now why the team thinks that they can still attract huge investors to buy the token when it had already lost it opportunity when it was trending. Pi is never a good project for me because I know that huge hype that might have attracted when the projects was still trending. Many miners had already lost hope and some had sold their Pi coins because they thought the project would was a joke and could never get to the stage of launching. People that could have created more hype for their funny project had already left the community. I thought I saw the price trading and 1.5 USDT on Bybit few days ago?

This is not a suitable project for anyone to invest their money because we could suddenly see that the price depreciated to nothing as time goes on. Everyone can always dump their tokens on exchanges if they made profits from it.

Yes but that is like with any other token. Same happened with ripple. People invested insane amount of money into it and the price dropped but the token is still here.
I don't have high hopes for it, minded it just for fun so I have only 4000 or so. So even if the price drops it won't be a big deal as it is not life charging money.
But if the price goes up then, potentially I can earn a lot with basically zero investment.

I don’t know the hype behind the pi but sincerely all those I know that mined it are either not wanting to sell or already locked it for either one year or some for three years and sincerely I think the pi network has a strong community and ecosystem but since it’s also a part of cryptocurrency, you wouldn’t have to expect so much so you don’t get disappointed if anything goes wrong.

The possibility of pi getting to $10 is  dependent on other factors such as demand by investors and the team behind the project, if they don't abandon the project like most project have always done, then later in the future, it might get to your desired price but if the team are not doing anything to drive demand for their coin, then it might be difficult for the coin to even move past the ATH that you have seen so far.

What can we expect? Pi community is built by hype to many people have it doesn't actually have large knowledge about crypto. Some of them are there because they are interested about the promises that the price would continue to pump the same as Bitcoin.

But for sure to many people got disappointed on the outcome when this coin has been listed on exchange since there are lots of people got fooled to buy Pi coin at more expensive price. That's why to avoid same situation happen they better be more careful on this coin and don't put all their trust together with placing huge investment and hoping for easy richest.

Definitely the long time hodling recommendation for the bitcoin investors should not be of same insights for the meme investors especially the newbies because they might not be able to make good decisions for themselves but old time investors can always take the risk and when the lost comes they would know how to handle the lost.

The possibility of Pi reaching 10$ will be largely dependent on the angel investors and maybe to an extent, the founders. The investors in the sense that they're still those who will kind of control the longevity and profitability of the coin in the market.

The cryptocurrency market is already saturated and fast growing, because of that, many coins have found it a bit difficult to grow as planned because other projects are bidding up the market everyday, making the growth more challenging.

Investors now have different alternatives to turn to especially when they see projects that are booming. The founders also have a major role to play, which determines how they can manage the hype it comes with, leverage on it and bring in more ways to keep Pi in the market. I also want to know the future prospects of those who hold their coins till next year and more.

You are right coin is doing okay for now but we do not know how long it will last. It is good idea to sell some of coins which got from mining to make profit especially after waiting for seven years. I also mined many coins and some are locked for 2 years and which were unlocked I sell them unofficially. I didn't wait for listing. Well this coin has a big supply means 100B and circulating 1.5B and locked are 4.5B. When this locked portion will unlocked so I don't think so the price will be stable at this price this will go more down. So this is the better idea to sell it at this time.

Well, it is having a great day, that's for sure. We have seen it go past 2 dollar mark, while everything else is crashing. Normally we do not see that within the week of a release, usually we just see downside and no going up, for a full week after the release. That is why it is not really that common for us to see something like this, it's rare and I am pretty sure that this means people actually like it.

I can't really speak on behalf of the future, but it's probably a "decent" one to invest, I doubt it would make you wealthy, it is not going to do x100 or anything, if anyone got in before the release and got bunch of it, those people got rich, anyone that gets in right now, could hope for a decent return at most, but doesn't seem like a scam at least (while I can never be sure).

I have similar story wherein I heard about it like 2 years ot 3 years ago and mined then stopped assuming it's a scam since they were delaying the listing and no news about listing were shared but suddenly they launched and to be honest it's trending good compared to other altcoins as the last two weeks hasn't been a great week but Pi has not had any impact due to bearish pattern. I think it has chances of survival but only time and market conditions will decide whether it would be the next big thing or bubble. I wouldn't be hodling it for 10x as it would be too risky but we can have certain portion awaiting for 10x to try our luck.

I knew about pi coin for so long, but since I didn’t believe in it, so I didn’t mine, and I didn’t follow it up, but they ended up surprising me also.

I don’t really know the price which the coin will be going at a particular period of time, don’t be surprise that coin might not really go up by the 2026 which you are thinking it might have hit $10. So what I will say is that since you didn’t buy the coin with your money, you mined it, it’s not going to be a bad idea if sell like 50 percent of it now, or some percentage of it, then you can leave the rest till whenever you want.

Pi coin isn't performing bad at all, in fact to be honest, it's performing way better than the rest of the coins as the whole market is going in bear direction. And I'm also hearing that developers hold many of the token, controlling 93.6 billion of the 100 billion total supply which will eventually drags down the market price which the project will be exposed to market manipulation.

I couldn't agree more. I have learnt of strategies like this that teams use to minimize selling but when the team eventually starts selling, there is almost no one at the other end of the trade and the dumps will be huge. I feel like the current price action is geared towards punishing early shorts and in the long term, the price will be far lower than it is today.

Can't find any information related to that matter and if that's the case then the developers might manipulate the market in future if they hold such huge volume of Pi coin. But I think that's not going to happen now since for sure that they are taking advantage on the hype it created.

Many people speculate that it will reach to $5 anytime soon and its up to people if they can hodl that far since its still risky to try these things. Maybe if they can't handle much the pressure better if they sell their coins if they are already getting profits. But if they can take a risk then its up to them to look forward what going to happen with Pi coin in future.

so for now, i dont think this will happen because there are still PI shortcomings for the year 2026 but it may gain more value when its dissemination and technology develops and its targets are realized and yes a good team is trying for this but i still dont know.
