Because there is a shortage, people go out in search of work to meet the shortage. If there were no shortages and needs in this world, then no one would have to compete for work and everyone would live a lazy life. A day laborer needs food, so he does physical labor to meet his food needs. A farmer needs to produce food, so he cultivates the land and produces food. That is, because there is a need in the world, people are always busy with work and are busy looking for work every day.

Sincerely stress makes people become innovative and smart. When life throws hurdles at you, innovating ways to overcome such hurdles is the only way to overcome. Many inventions we have today were from people that were tired of going through the rigorous process and needed an easy route to do their daily activities.  It's beyond the government causing a few inconvenience and more from a place of unrest and restriction. Man will always find a better  way  to carry out his activities and out of any hardship and innovate better ways to experience the beauty of life, that's the reason we have a brains with active brain cells.

Problems sometimes makes us think to discover about some potentials in us, if we are not having challenges at all then we wouldn't have been thinking of possible solutions on how to improve in life, we only have to wish that some of these problems are not coming beyond we could cope or manage on, but the beauty of it is that we got approved whenever we pass through them and scale through.
