I believe whether something is a store of value or not depends on many things outside of our control. I doubt if we know Bitcoin so deeply it automatically makes it a store of value if the market doesn't think so. Let's say you plan on buying lots of Bitcoin because you want to protect your wealth, that will be a problem if you do it in a bear market without any preparation or counting the market as the factor that influences the price.

I think the risk of investing in Bitcoin is still basically remain the same. It's hard to call this as a store of value when you bought it a peak, though fighiting the inflation could be the positive thing from bitcoin.

There is no difference from all factors that you have mentioned for Bitcoin as a store of value. Bitcoin is legal, liquid but not stable in terms of its price because it moves from time to time. Better to separate between store of value and safe haven because both are different.

A safe-haven asset is an investment that is anticipated to maintain or increase in value during times of market stress or economic downturn.

A store of value is any commodity or asset that would normally retain purchasing power into the future and is the function of the asset that can be saved, retrieved and exchanged at a later time, and be predictably useful when retrieved.

From above definition, I would say Bitcoin can be a store of value, but it's not yet A safe haven. Why? Bitcoin price always rise if you hold it for long term, but when there's an economic downturn, Bitcoin price didn't rise. It's only gold who rise even during economic crisis, there had been war in the last year, it was the reason why gold price rose.
