hello there, I can't provide proper talk w/ support because it was on Russian language, but they asked me to do lvl1-4 which I've did, and after successful verification (I passed lvl1-4 no worries) they said that they will contact me in chat for next 48h. 48h passed, 3 days later they said "respond team will answer you within 24h", and nothing happens for 1 month. idk what actually happened, but their team just ghost me for literally no reason, and eth is down already (from 160k it went to 108k~), and i understand it can keep being forever and chained, so asking there, how I can move the process? because I just keep ignored by stake support and I understand they're lowest level which will do nothing.

From what I've seen from friends winning 100k$ +, what they do to withdraw smooth is withdrawing $20k per transaction. Have you tried this?

Not cool at all. A poor customer support system that does not help out a customer just sucks! They have a representative in this forum, but he doesn't seem to be so active anymore. He was so good and having issues resolved quick enough. Maybe you can try to shoot him a Private Message to bring this to this attention StunnaThe other alternative is to make a complaint on CasinoGuru or Askgamblers. They seem to actively respond to complaints that are brought up in those platforms.

you might also wanna try what Bitcoin_Arena suggested(posting a complaint on casino.guru or askgamblers), while they are on this forum I am not really sure if they are active in addressing issues here in the forum. anyway, from what I have seen in my time here in the forum I am guessing they are investigating something relatedto your account, but it is still frustrating when they do not even update you or respond if you ask them about it.

Please contact support for more details." but I can't wd :/ Now I will quote this post for the image to display, but then I don't think a reputable casino like stake.com could put up this just for putting sake, I believe they have sense some fowl play within your account specifically now that you have a larger account balance and you are desperate to get it withdrawn from the gambling site. Again, I wouldn't generally assumed that they have scammed you without hearing from their end to know why or the reason why your account was placed on that mode.

I was in a same situation with stake.com 27k usdt stuck completed all levels and nothing for 3 weeks until I meet someone on a forum and he was able to finally realize my funds but my account was no good to play after that but at least got the money out

So it is safe to say that your account has been locked, since you cannot withdraw, deposit or do anything at all and when you contacted support, they didn't give you any reason why your account was locked and asked you to complete KYC, which you did. But you cannot still withdraw. I would like to know, was your account restricted immediately after a big win which you tried to withdraw? Because that is something i noticed that a lot of casinos do these days. In addition to all the suggestions you have received, i will tag @Holydarkness here, let us see if he can be of some help to you. Who did you meet? In your post history, your previous scam accusation thread was not for Stake casino, or did this happen in another forum?

Seems like you have a history of problems with casino sites. Maybe because every time somebody else is doing KYC for you since you "didn't have your ID on you" again? By the way, I don't buy the "girlfriend" story. Most likely you used somebody to verify because you are from a restricted region or something. We have seen these stories before. Anyway, hopefully OP gets this resolved.

Who did you meet? In your post history, your previous scam accusation thread was not for Stake casino, or did this happen in another forum? no bonuses used, and I didn't play much. Okay, so what you are trying to withdraw is basically your money you deposited and not winnings from games you played in the casino. That should be easy for them to verify and get this over with, i understand that casinos sometimes try to frustrate customers out of their winnings, but they do not have problems returning deposits, so since it is your money you want to withdraw, they should easily give it to you, let us wait and see what will happen when the matter is escalated.

It is weird specially from professional brands like stake.com. They would have at least given you a timely response regarding the problems with your case. I am sure this thread will get you enough attention which is required to resolve your case. IMO since the only money in question is your deposit, I do not think they can deny that. Anyway, I will be looking closely into this case, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Unfortunately, this is one of the few instances where I can't do any help, other than adding it to my list. Stake is the only [so far] casino that I can't reach and help get solution, as their rep who frequently sweep this board and report it to their support team explicitly tell me not to reach her to inform her about any future case. Thus, PMing her will automatically --I assume-- count as unsolicited PM, and I refrained from reaching Stake through her ever since. I've tried to reach a friend, and a friend of a friend, and a friend of a friend of a friend, basically anyone connected with Stake to get me someone who can sit with me and get things done, much like other casinos do, but even them bumped into a deadend. So... paging efialtis here. Can you please assist on this? Stake is beyond my reach.

I think you should tell us what forum this was? Was this person affiliated with Stake casino? If a random person requests personal information, you should not send them. They are most likely using a scam tactic. They delay your winnings hoping that you will play more. No one needs to multi-account for dice since dice isn’t beatable long term.
