You'll have a better chance of getting this resolved by posting on
their ANN as TrustDice vowed an
oath of silence on this board. But their rep had not been active for a long while and their ANN [unless I read a wrong thread] seemed to be long abandoned too.
So, your best shot is perhaps an ADR like CasinoGuru or AskGamblers.
Will add this to my list, though.
I’m not aware that they stop participating on any scam accusation related to them on this board while this is the right place to post complaints against them since they frequently offline and late to answer post on their ANN thread.
But I do understand their action since their casino becomes a hot topic in the past due to their some questionable bonus ToS and wagering requirements on bonuses.
They did, as a result for a past case where I [and others] called their wrongful counter-accusation and confiscation against a player. Unfortunately, upon being informed that their decision is uncalled for, and their ruling is unfounded, they [well, to be fair, the staff who handled the account at that point] resort to spin words and other ugly things.
One thing lead to another and... they wrote what I linked above.
In retrospect, to be completely honest, there were times I regret that collision we had. Things can perhaps get deescalated and handled better if one side choose to be a bigger man and try to cool the situation down, and [at times] I regret that I did not walk out of the forum for fresh air and, instead, keep on shoving. But then, in other perspective, the casino's rep showed a very detrimental trait that a casino shouldn't had [wrongfully accuse players and played victim upon being called out] that need to be corrected.
Water is under the bridge, though.
