Easy way to wear signature code.

The first time I wore a signature was with BetKing signature and someone guided me on how to go about it. Today, I tried to wear BC.Games signature myself but I struggled so much to achieve that. I had to copy the whole OP, pasted it in my phone note, I began to delete all the unwanted texts, avatars and even signature of higher ranks until it remained only signature codes for full members, I then copied it to my profile.

I feel that the method I use is not easy going, there could be a better way to do this that I don't know. A way to make signature codes of each rank selectable so that it can be easy to copy. Please what is the easy way to wear signature?

The problem you have was with using a mobile device, but you can save yourself that stress and follow a shortcut, You can use the quote button where the signature is posted and move to the part where the signature for your rank is. It will be easier for you to copy only the required code and leave every other thing instead of copying the whole thread and deleting one after the other.

I believe many have their ways in going through this

I just copy the code and a few unwanted words attached (sometimes)
And delete them

Well I don't know exactly what you are looking for but I think that same way of particularly selecting the signature code copying it then pasting it is basically what everyone here on the forum uses too. There have been some suggestions by powerglove and I think a couple of patches too that allow you to automatically select the code once you hit the code button but bi wonder why it wasn't implemented.

Anyways you will get better at it with time, and for a little hint anyways, notice that they are in this format;

This is to ensure they display properly at the middle so make sure your selection when copying starts from the opening center tag and ends with it's closing tag.

Your main problem is mobile device, if it were to be a laptop, it would've been lots easier for you. I've never been able to wear signatures with a mobile phone. First time I tried, it was hell and I believe that was the last time I tried too. I used my laptop and everything was lots easier.

I think the campaign managers should kind of introduce a copy button in their advert besides every signature that grabs the content of the signature code and place it on the clipboard of the device for easier pasting. Such creativity should work the magic

Copying it directly in a post is more difficult than using the quote button, and copy the part for signature code in the quoting box. If you don't use the given script, it's the only easier way for you to copy BBcode signature in the forum.

It's my experience and how I feel it is nicer for me doing this task, but maybe you can get better solutions from others in next posts.

As for me, when I see an open signature campaign, I don’t change my signature right away when applying. It’s too much of a hassle to copy all the codes on mobile, and if you mess up even a little, the whole signature can get messed up. That’s why I stick to using a PC as it’s much more convenient for posting while browsing the forum and other websites at the same time.

I am also surprised when I see people on the forum writing long posts from a mobile phone. I have repeated several times that it is quite difficult, and one can respect these people for their patience. This is a bit off-topic, but I remember how a well-known manager, in the early days of his stay on the forum, dreamed of buying a good laptop. I would like everyone who has not yet acquired a convenient device to start their day with such a dream, thereby saving themselves a lot of inconvenience with mobile posting.

The device used can go far in making it more easier for you to copy, if you're using a computer/laptop than using a mobile device like your phone.

To wear the signature codes is not that hard as well as being simple to do, you just have to be more tactical and intentional about the way you will manage to copy the codes without making any mistakes to add or ommit from it, some may quote the OP to be able to copy the codes while some can easily do that without copying other contents along with it, but with time, you will get to know the best way that suites you to copy the codes and apply it accordingly.

This is news because I didn't think this was coming anytime soon, and btw I have seen this suggested patch work flawlessly on altcointalks which makes copying and applying the sig both on mobile and PC super easy without breaking the code  if they can make this an official patch would be great,  perhaps after this sigs would become dynamic.

I used to have this issue before when I was using mobile devices to copy signature codes, I found it almost impossible and difficult to copy at once and hard to go through the same thing that you mentioned above.

But now I know better and with more experience that makes it easier and stress free is to use a computer to copy and wear signature codes.

I think you have enough suggestions already!

But perhaps you still want more ideas I think the way I copied my last signature on my phone was just by starting the copying from the bottom the last code towards the beginning that way it doesn't highlight all the text.

Just try whatever feels good for you among all the suggestions or just try a different device (PC).

Might be from your mobile device because when I used my mobile device to copy my first signature it was kind of tough for me but I successfully did it. Although someone PM me that my signature is not correct that I should recheck and update the main signature which I did. While I was copying the signature for the rank I was back then, every other signatures and personal texts from other users was  included, I have to remove and recopy till I successfully copy the signature and updated it correctly.
I haven't tried to use the method @Hazink suggest, but I really think it would be easy to copy a signature from the op when you quote the author.

It's very challenging to post on a mobile browser... I've tried it and it takes a lot of patience, but it's a bit of a hassle especially when you have to post a lot of text... then it's quite difficult.

You copy the text of the signature code and do it on mobile it's definitely a hassle even you fail more than you succeed in copying it.
Anyone who uses Patch then it has to be a browser that supports extensions not to mention entering the code with Tampermonkey, it's a little more complicated.
Using a PC is much simpler.

Not that you will quote and reply to the OP directly, but you will just have to click on quote, which will take everything into the reply box, which you can now be able to copy what you want comfortably and delete the ones you don't need and then later close it without hitting submit and then proceed with other signature code wearing procedures.

I understand you perfectly. There won't be any need to reply the quote when you want to copy the signature after clicking on the quote.
Clicking the quote gives you privilege to easily copy signature and update on your profile.

I can relate to the struggle when using your mobile phone to copy the signature code cause am also using mobile to post but it's something I have found a way to get around it, just like hanzink suggested about the quoting of the code and copying it directly from the quote, it's way better and easier that way cause if you try copying from the main thread it would be very complicated.

features in the forum you can highlight the signature you want to copy and copy it and paste it in your signature space and saved. You can do that both in mobile phone or laptop or desktop. But in mobile phone it is more difficult and in computer it is more easier because of the wideness of the computer screen.

I have done some copy paste work on my phone so it doesn't have to be like copy the entire thing instead of just the codes. Which mobile are you using now.

Modern mobiles are over 6.5inch screen so it's somewhat okay do with stuffs, you may find it little difficult but zoom in and out can help with that.

Finally get a pc man, there's no comparison with hovering and swiping.
