XRP to hit $18,000?

Well I am 'bullish 'on xrp but we must be real with what we think the all time high will be. XRP did get very big gains in last 24 hours of more than 25 percent because President Trump did announce the strategic reserve will have it.
And now price of 1 xrp token is $2.81. There is now 'bullish' news we will see price of 3.00.  But no I do not think it will ever be this price of 18k.

Its marketcap is over $130 billion.

So you expect it will go $18000? That is not possible.

Ripple need over trillions of dollar to achieve that which is not possible. Even gold which is has highest marketcap in the world is only tens of trillion.

I guess if the market becomes fully dominated by crypto, with Bitcoin leading the way, then there’s a possibility it could happen. Right now, it seems impossible given the current state of the market, but things can change over time.

Any experts here who can explain if this prediction, based on the factors stated, actually justifies the price projection?

No one could predict on what would be the future but if we do based up on tokenomics then it will really be that needing up that trillions of fiat on which that needed up to be poured on XRP before it would be able to get such price. Considering that XRP is just that below Bitcoin then how much more would be  the price of BTC on that time? Is there a possible flipping in between altcoins and Bitcoin itself? No one really knows on what would happen in the future but basing up into the numbers that we are talking on here that even breaking $5 for XRP is already that still a debate or would be hard to tell. How much more that we are talking about $18k on here? Not to be that negative but even in my dreams on which i cant imagine on how this one would really be that possible. 

For sure there are those people who had been long time holding XRP or lets say OG's and Maxi's but whenever they do make out  these kind of bullish price speculation then we can be able to say that it is really that too much or something that impossible, but since market is unpredictable then we cant really be able to have these conclusions. So it will really be that still depending on the community on how we would really be that able to see it. Everything comes with recognition and adoption in the end of the day if we do speak about value and prices. If you do believe that XRP does have that potential then its up to you whether you do accumulate and would be holding this one.

But why are you bullish exactly? I never understood this fomo on most utility coins or tokens, because game theory in their tokenomics wouldn't make any sense if they would moon.

What's your target marketcap for it? Because with $18000 token price it would be worth $1.043T in marketcap. For a context Apple has $3.6T marketcap. So this isn't really even matter of opinion, it's just crazy talk.

Reasons why someone would adopt an utility token for larger infrastructure is that it needs to be low cost to use and fast (among few things). In order it to be low cost to use, transaction fees need to be low, so where's the huge buy interest coming from when it needs to be cheap? If it's 18000x more costly, it just nullifies the benefits it had in the first place.

Wake up from your slumber OP, Ripple is a shitcoin and don't expect the price to pump higher. Ripple might find it hard to reach the price of Etherum in 20 years time. Because during the passage of time, the value will grow very slowly. I hope that you have not bought a good amount of Ripple, because it's like gambling and you will tie your money down for very long time without any profit.

I will be saving this here. Of course we are in a speculative market at the same time we are in a more realistic market. So our speculation has to be realistic and not something we speak out of imaginations and wishes. XRP at $18k is very realistic depending on the time frame. Is it possible this year i dont think so, in five years to 10 years it is somehow possible.

Give yourself enough time when it involves these altcoins projects. Bear in mind, not all of these projects have tendency of exploring in the market, some failed and become dormant when it comes to movement. XRP have been in existence for a long time now and we should expects more seasonal changes from this project. Don't be in a hurry of XRP distributing maximum pieces of 100B in all round circulation in the market.

XRP is one of the promising project in crypto space. If you're holding on this project, one needs to be extremely patient and careful at same thing because the market is unpredictable and alot can actually happen within a short period or longterm. XRP actual current price is $2.38 buck in the market and it's ranked 4th on coinmarketcap. This is good sign for holders of XRP? Perhaps they can do anything to push the price up, rather than keeping all hope alive for crypto whales to have something concerning the project to make it skyrocket.

Even after Trump have included XRP to its strategic reserves XRP will still not get to that high price. I think anyone could see why it won't happen. If ETH even struggled to reach its old ATH, so will XRP being the most centralized token.

XRP surges after Trump announced but its not going to be enough to hit that $18,000. Not everyone is inside their world of fantasies yet here we are after all anything can happen

With XRP out of the litigation case, things are looking good for XRP, but don't count me to believe that it will go for $18k holders should be thankful if it reaches $100. The valuation is very interesting, but its still speculative in nature, but in 3 to 4 years we will see if XRP is moving in that direction.
The door of opportunities opened up to Ripple after it was declared not a security, so its now worth following the development of Ripple.

I'm no expert but it took XRP 6 years to get to $3.8 and since then, they've not been able to get $3 again. This is 13 years after its launch and it hasn't gotten up to $10 so how could it go from just over $2 to $18k in 20 years?
I don't want to say it's impossible but it's almost impossible. In 20 years it may get to $100 or even $500. I might even go out on a limp and say it might get to $1000 in 20 years which seems completely unbelievable but that is even more believable than $18k.

With the recent price increase of XRP, it could be that a lot more market capitalization will come in and become part of XRP. I doubt it could happen, but the fact that even ETH is still not there means that's not going to happen. Unless it becomes #2 or something and then the volume increases, it could theoretically happen, but that's just not going to happen any time soon. I think it's too high. Maybe $5 first, then $10.

Even Ethereum hasn't gone past 10,000, and we are thinking of XRP reaching 18,000? Not even in a decade, maybe $50 is much more realistic. I remember when XRP briefly surpassed Ethereum in terms of the market cap. People actually thought it was going to over take Bitcoin and become number one, but several years later, nothing has happened. It even dropped many places down at some point.

This is the company that did valuation: https://www.valhilcapital.io/team I am not familiar with this discounted Cash Flow formula; they must have their own parameters, but what I'm sure they have not considered is the market valuation, and they only did the possible market demand, which is still speculative.
If they can properly explain their valuation, then XRP should be the most desired coin to put in every investor's portfolio.
