Don't you have local jewelers or jewel dealers in your jurisdiction? How about just Auctioning it at auction houses over there. Then you get the cash/fiat. You can then buy the Bitcoin you want from an Exchange. That's a way much easier process than trying to look for a buyer from here because you won't get any.
How will the buyer even verify if the Gem stone is high quality if he is miles away?

Maybe you would generate more interest if you would put photo of the gemstone. If you do don't forget to put timestamp on the photo for proof that this is your photo.
