And then a month later, wondering why his service isn't getting any new visitors/customers. He comes back, registers a couple of sock puppet accounts and the goes ahead to make fake reviews of how excellent the service is thinking it will work

You have a decent looking website. I will recommend you focus on marketing that and showing more details, preferably though images and do less of shilling from alt accounts. Older members can easily read this and it gives a poor look on your exchange.

You could even try some promotions on the forum to attract more users and get conversations going here about your service.

good advice, but it's a bit too late for that, he already earned himself a bad look by using two shill accounts here and even more on the russian local board, he's not even trying to hide it.
i wouldn't trust an exchange run by someone this stupid tbh.

Some of the users who replied there also did here making it even more obvious.

I think they can still turn it around, but for that to happen they have to first figure out what is de-marketing their brand and then work on how to fix that and start actually getting some brand awareness going. My guess is they would not read any of the replies here and continue with their shills.

It's mentioned on their TOS page (Site rules). Like most of the instant exchanges out there, you're free to use them, but they can ask you to verify your identity or anything else (like source of funds) if they find something "suspicious":

11.4. The Customer agrees to submit all the documents proving his identity, in case of suspicion of fraud and money laundering.

I can also see they deal with fiat, and I would imagine that these requires KYC regardless. But I could be wrong.

Yes, therefore, don't trust this exchange when it boasts of "100% exchange guarantee". No registered centralized exchange can guarantee that. I'm not even sure if this platform is duly licensed. It's possible it isn't. It even looks like an unfinished site.

But even if they claim to be KYC-free, take it with a pinch of salt. 99% of exchanges that claim to be KYC-free are actually not.

They're also claiming to be partners with Binance, BestChange, among others. I don't know how they're official partners with Binance, but as to BestChange, I can't find them on BestChange's list of exchanges.

i just came to say that i am more stupid than them with fake reviews for falling in their trap. I tried to exchange about $1000 today, but by my own fault and trust in goodness of people didn't do my due diligence.

After I sent the money, I decided to read the reviews and was horrified. Automated system is not automated, and I don't think I will ever get my money back.

Oh, op. This exchange is suspicious AF. Further, Paypal is prone to chargeback scams, thus the more reason you must make sure you're transacting with a reputable platform/person, especially with $1000 at stake. AmlXe exchange definitely ain't it. TBH, even if they pay you eventually, I worry that they might initiate a charge back after some time.

i had another look at them, and it looks like they are lying about being partners with bestchange as they are not listed here: https://www.bestchange.com/list.html
probably all the others too, as i could not find them on exchangesumo or exnode either.

this is looking more and more like a scam exchange, shilling accounts, fake reviews, fake partners, 4 months old domain...
