Hi there,

I really hope that someone can help me.

I lost the past three weeks exactly €29.773 euro at Justbitcasino. I know where you gamble you can loss your money. When i learnd that Justbit.io isnt allowed to accept players from the Netherlands, i ask them to have some kind of compensation for my losses because they accepted me as Player without KYC or whatso ever. I did one wirhdrawal about € 4000euros en they only asked for my IBAN. I asked them to refund me 2/3 of my losses, seems far from my side. They replied that they will look at my request and come back to may. Its now day 8 and no message from there side. Meanwhile the immediatly close my account when i did that request.
After my request, 2 days later they deduct €1500 from my bankaccount, it shown as deposit in my reference. I asked them how that is possible,  because i didnt make any deposit, my account has been closed by them so thats not possible to deposit or to log in. Like my first request they told me to wait for an answer, till today im still waiting. The €29.773 hurts a Lot, but the €1500 maybe more because thats a theft. I never gived permission to that. The only thing that i can think about is that a made a deposit when my account was working and that the deposit didnt went throug and few days later it passed trough.

Can someone please help? I tried to talk to a lawyer in Costa Rica (justbit.io is from Skygrow group Limitada from Costa Rica) but the first one asked me from $20.000 and the second one $15:000 to take my case.

Never heard about this casino before... but generally speaking, did you jave some proofs to show? It would be useful since it allow people to understand better your issue.

How they can deduct money from your bank account? It was a chargeback? Did you authorize "access" (RID) on your bank account?
Have you tried to get details for your local bank?

About help... have you tried to reach some "gambling group"?

Thank you for the message. The casino is justbit.io and falls under the Skygrow group Limitada in Costa Rica.

Yes i have proof and send them also screenshots. I did some deposits of €1500 and i remember that one didnt came trough. The €1500 has been taken out on 27 februari and they closed my account on 25 februari after i ask them to compense me for my other losses. The deposits went trough IDeal, thats a dutch payment operator. I never gived them acces to my account.

Sorry i dont know any gamble group, can you recommend someone?

It is impossible for a casino to take money from your bank account unless you gave them permission for a direct debit ('Automatische incasso'). If they have taken money from you without permission, you can reverse the €1500.00 from your bank and mark it as fraudulent.

Regarding compensation for your loss, I think you have zero chance of receiving any. They have explicitly stated that they don't accept players from the Netherlands. Nonetheless, you lost money playing on an illegal casino, which is also illegal for players from the Netherlands.

However, I do find it strange because I tried signing up and depositing money while selecting the Netherlands as my country. Their website still allowed me to deposit, even after selecting a country that, according to their terms and conditions, shouldn't be allowed to play.

I'm sorry for your loss, but seeking compensation after a significant loss won't help you, and the chances of receiving it are almost zero

 I paid 1500 euros a few times with iDeal and one payment was not debited from my account but also not deposited into my justbit account. That was on February 24, on February 25 they blocked my account and on February 27 1500 euros were debited from my bankaccount. Perhaps my deposit of the 24th did not come through but later on the 27th. But you guessed it, I have no access to my account and they keep me on the line with 'we are busy looking into it'. I also asked the bank ABN to refund that but unfortunately that is not possible with iDeal payments, only direct debit (automatische incasso) is possible.

TBH, i don't completely understand you, firstly, why are you requesting a compensation? Do casinos basically compensate you when you lose money playing in their casino.

I think you already have your answer about what happened with the €1500. So my advice is that you quit talking about the compensation, because that will not happen and you should focus on getting a refund of the €1500 that was deposited into your account after it has been locked. You can make a complaint about that in CasinoGuru.

Far as my list record, justbit has two past cases against them, and no representative here. So we sadly can't help you to get it resolved. Regardless, do I understand correctly that what you proposed here was you play, you lost, you look into their ToS and see NL is part of restricted territory, and you asked for a refund of your loss based on this?

try posting this on casino.guru or askgamblers, they might be able to get you and the casino to come to a compromise to get the issue resolved, but just to be clear, posting your complaint on the website I mentioned does not guarantee anything.

anyway, if you ask me, I think your chance of getting a refund from that casino is close to zero.

You are right there are other more trustworthy casino he could have used to gamble instead he went on using that casino, though this is my first time of hearing the name of this casinos over here and I don't think op found them here before he went on making account with them and started using it. For sure, there should be proper way of reporting scam accusations and he didn't follow the steps how then would he think about people supporting him without solid prove.

Do you mind telling us how you solved your case? You said that you helped three other clients, what did you mean by clients? Are you a lawyer? If not, who are you and what do you do? Since you mentioned the word clients, I assume you charge for your help. Something is fishy mate.
