Seriously, do you honestly expect support again? You did 100000% know that they don't accept a drivers license for KYC and here you are again complaining about it?
A smart person would have learned a lesson from the previous problem, also would have most likely moved on to a different site. It's not a secret to you that the support at BC is not the best, to say the least.

Do you have any proof, like a conversation with support or an email stating that your Driver’s License was rejected? And did they give a specific reason for not accepting it?

As ahoy said, this is stupid. On your previous case, it is already well known to you that BC US somehow can't accept your Ohio Driver's license for KYC. BC Global can't find a way to get around this that is feasible for you and this is the very same reason they go lenient by letting you withdraw without having to perform KYC.

And now you come back to raise another complaint for the very same nature of situation.

If BC's rep want to get their hand on this themselves, or anyone else want to help this user, feel free to do it, but I'll take a spectator seat for this one.

It is a known "issue" for BC US [a US-friendly version, and strictly limited to US resident, of BC]. So far that is discovered, OH and TN can't submit their driver's license for KYC purpose. Yes, my contact at BC global already know about this. Yes, they seemingly at the moment can't find a way to intervene this "bug" of BC US. And yes, OP is very much aware of this matter.

So players want bonuses cut in half, 2 weeks later get bonuses paid in installments and 2 months later having the house edge risen from 1 to 4%? I still think they want to give out generous bonuses. It's really in their interest to keep the players happy. On the other hand, there are also regulations on how bonuses can be handed out. I do think they try to navigate through the regulations in the best possible way without disappointing the players.

However, I understand and totally get what you are saying, I'm dealing with these companies every day since we give them VIP players, and our job is to make sure our players get the best VIP deals. So, I'm absolutely on your side here.

If you win big, you use passport or ID Card to finished the KYC and withdraw and if you lose, you let go of it.

It's explained in OP's other thread, as well as what I explained to my contact [a staff of BC global, and not just BC US, in case that's not obvious enough] that possibly made them take a decision to go lenient with the player.

Then the Op has no any other option to let go off the account because he can't retrieved or received the $10 again from the casino since he can't do the KYC. And as I said he can use it to place bet or gamble and empty the account and abandon the account if he can access the account and use it.
I thought it is like my country where we can own more than 3 ID Cards. One person can own drivers license, National ID card, School ID, Working ID card etc. Once again thank for the information so that when I am going to America...

He technically can. The past case can also be resolved with KYC if he's willing to re-issue his passport that was missing, but he opted not to, as he has his driver's license, which should be acceptable as KYC document. And I can see this POV. I guess my contact understood and well acknowledged this too, and that was why they took the middle ground by unlocking the account without KYC.

My understanding from OP's parting word in his past case was that he'll play from bcgame.US once he re-issue his passport so he can perform KYC when asked. And this happened.

So, OP, ohhSPC, I am sorry that I have to opt out from trying to get my contact to intervene with KYC process again this time. I hope you can see that I find it's a bit too much for me to ask them to do the same, and that this time, it's probably you are the one that need to take the middle ground, by having your passport re-issued [I guess it is safe to assume it's not without merit, as you eventually need to have it reissued anyway, at some point in your life, unless you don't plan to travel overseas anymore].

Alternatively, you can wait for BC US to get things sorted out and get the OH driver's license issue being fixed.
