What will be the reason for that?, you have not conveyed your information complete because by saying they will all go on locked down without any reason why, today is the seventh day of March and I have not heard information about that or is it that I'm not paying attention on the news?, however UK is a big nation and if something of a lock down will happen to them it may possibly not be as serious as that because virus outbreak are mostly the thing that has the power to enforce a lockdown that serious, so actually movements of people will definitely be on the UK.

Well, something more dangerous than COVID can come, but I don't see it happening right away, and also, as per OP, why the UK would be needed to lock, and the rest of the world isn't aware of it  

Also i think that a Black Swan event may not occur or there is no event that is on the scale of COVID-19 but smaller scale disruptions (e.g., geopolitical conflicts, economic crises (tarrif etc) or climate related disruptions) could still have significant impacts.

I didn't see any news about lockdown in UK, the news I saw on google search are news during Covid.  But I saw a report about the new virus HMPV (human metapneumovirus). Two children have been diagnosed in India, a three-month-old girl and an eight-month-old boy.  There is a risk of this virus coming to the UK. 
There is no official news about lockdown yet.
