The new legistlations try to regulate and watch countries to produce more like “environmentally friendly” nuclear weapons. Off course there is not easy ways to do them but they focus on creating weapons wich have less bad impact over our nature and envoirement.
From all this the North Korea seems like have creating most safe envoiremental friendly weapons along with russia. Countries Involved in Developing Nuclear Technologies Several countries possess nuclear arsenals and continue to develop their capabilities:
United States: The U.S. has invested in modernizing its nuclear arsenal with new technologies aimed at maintaining deterrence while considering safety measures.
Russia: Russia also continues to enhance its nuclear capabilities with advanced systems but faces criticism regarding transparency and safety protocols.
France: France has developed a range of nuclear weapons with an emphasis on maintaining a smaller but effective deterrent force.
China: China is expanding its nuclear capabilities with newer designs that may incorporate advanced technologies aimed at reducing some risks associated with older designs.
India and Pakistan: Both nations have developed their own nuclear arsenals with varying degrees of technological sophistication.
North Korea: North Korea’s developments remain controversial due to concerns over safety standards and environmental considerations.
Potential for Reduced Impact Some argue that future developments could focus on more environmentally friendly alternatives:
Nuclear Fusion Research: If successful, fusion power could provide energy without long-lived radioactive waste; however, practical applications for weaponry remain speculative at this stage.
Non-Nuclear Alternatives: There is ongoing research into non-nuclear strategic deterrents that could mitigate reliance on traditional nuclear arsenals altogether
