Therefore you have no right to request, collect, store and process your users' legal personal documents and data. So please tell us, what legislation and regulator are you accountable to for allowing yourself to request this information from your users? Are you even a registered entity?

I couldn't find your company address, your proof of company registration or any legal information about you. Therefore you have no right to request, collect, store and process your users' legal personal documents and legal data. So please tell us, what legislation and regulator are you accountable to for allowing yourself to request this information from your users? Are you even a registered entity?

According to Bestchange, they claim to be from Canada, but a quick search on the website doesn't say anything about them originating or operating in Canada. I believe Canada is a bit strict when it comes to Financial services. They must have a license to operate from there.

I really wonder how Bestchange verifies this information. Maybe they have their own criteria of doing this, but shouldn't such information be available to the public even on the website?

I asked them to respond to this thread yesterday; they saw my message on Telegram but did not even reply to me. I am not sure if they are busy or just ignored it. I sent them a message again and am expecting an answer. As for where they belong, I guess this is nothing secret. When you contact their support, they often send messages in Russian language. So, I assume they are from Russia. They have been around for a while but not on Bitcointalk. So, I introduced Bitcointalk to them and invited them to create a thread here.

Their kyc policy isn't good so citybit isn't an attractive option. It can't be fair they're keep funds because customers don't want to provide kyc. Any funds they don't exchange should be sent back to the customers they can't operate a blackmail business like that.

Your policy says you won't refund crypto if they're blocked. You can't keep funds which don't belong to you they've got to be sent back to the users. It says The funds of the Garantex exchange's sanctions platform are not subject to conversion or refund.
