This is the strangest list of "suspicious activity"[1] I've ever heard of. All the reasons are illogical and difficult to think about before making the transaction, and they have nothing to do with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), which targets the source of the coins, not the wallet activity.

[1]

Quote
1. Do not withdraw funds in parts. Even if you have a very large exchange amount, for example 60BTC, you should not split it into three applications, like 20-20-20. Since on the third transaction there will be a 100% response to the suspicious activity algorithm. It is better to change the entire amount and ask the operator to do the exchange manually in order to maintain a more or less normal exchange rate.

2. The wallet to which funds are withdrawn must appear no more than 2 times.

3. Also, with the same type of exchange, when the deposit of funds comes from one sending wallet, for example, BTC, and the withdrawal of the application is carried out to the same wallets,

4. The suspicious activity algorithm may work if you change cryptocurrency from different wallets, but withdraw to the same one more than 2-3 times.
