Far as I know, even if he filed a case with the current licensing board [that'll be GCB], they won't accept the complaint. They're just an ad-interim body before the main governing body fully operational. But yeah, this stacks of cases against Stake, not to mention we're always in the blind here with each of their progress, and my inability to push the wheel to be in motion... those thing made me wished someone just finally being generous [and well-connected] enough to throw Eddie's personal contact to me.

If only Stake would assign someone who is reachable to me and could work with me to sort things out like other casinos do, I somewhat believe there will be a lot more of greens on their tab in my list instead of blues and reds.

In the past, yeah. I heard that Stunna was quite active in solving cases against their casinos when he was still active, but that's before I dedicate my time fully on this board, and I've never got in touch with him.

As for other accounts, though, yes, I tried to reach their rep who is tasked to sweep this board and report to their resolution division, but all I got was not a warm answer, rather a sarcastic response of "do you want Eddie's contact too?" Or something like that. [Funny thing is, I don't even know which Eddie is this, so I asked back who is Eddie, LOL].


Edit: I believe there is also one time that rep appear here, to "address" a case when it's already resolved.

If they took two minutes of their time to browse the board they would have realised most casinos do have representatives frequenting in order to give their side of the story and to challenge the accusations made against them. They have not managed this situation professionally.

I tried AG. Their website is about as user friendly as moving your arm through a donkeys colon
Road blocks at every corner (at one point my IP waa pinging from neighbouring country and it blocked me lol)

Umm, have you try incognito or cleaning your cache? VPN perhaps? Because I just checked Stake's profile on AG, and I can access them just fine. Maybe try it again with different browser and/or incognito? Currently, this is the best alternative we can try to get to the bottom of your situation.

I watched Eddie lean in, click the mouse and time me out for an hour.

Just to add something here. The mods are muting people, not Eddie. As the owner of such a big company he has people to do that for him.
Also, obviously if someone posts the same stuff over and over again they get muted for spamming, that's just how it is. Chat is already flooded with messages so mods always clean up the guys the post the same thing over and over again.

I created a casino.guru complaint, if all else fails I'll go through Curacao gaming commission.
From what I see, currently 23 cases open against them at casino.guru, I'll be the 24th.

They have active member around 65,000-70,000 people are online and active in the chats rooms, meanwhile the number you are mentioned:
7 is 0.14% from the range 65,000–70,000
24 is 0.48% from the range 65,000–70,000

Less than 0.5% of the people who created a ticket, issue or open a case. I think these are still safe, cause we haven't even reached 1%. Just tried to wait and follow the process bro, sometimes panic can make you exhausted. You can take a looks on Casino Guru case, since you opened a thread on there... they are active to response at the time their turn response after getting contact by CG.
