What thoughts could we possibly have? It is either you owned both accounts breaking the rules and got a deserving punishment or it was a mistake, in which case you should try to appeal through designated channels.

You can make a complaint in their thread here to try and get a reply from their official representative.

If they are still responsive on email you can send what proof you have that you only used one account and ask for what next steps can be taken to fix the issue.

Are you KYC verified at FortuneJack? This thread won't help to reverse the decision of FortuneJack. And they won't publish any sensitive evidences here. Submit a complaint on Askgamblers if you aren't satisfied with their decision. What is the username of those two accounts which are in question here?

Another user made a similar complaint about FortuneJack some days ago, and if IIRC that issue is not solved yet. It is hard for us to decide who is right or wrong in this kind of case and holydarkness does not have a strong contact in this casino, try Askgamblers and see if you can get a solution there.

In a sense that I don't have a strong contact like the one given by BC and SB, then yes, I don't think I do, but I actually have a personal contact of FJ's representative, though I never use that channel before to reach them as they're quite attentive to my PM.

That said, I still have to say that the best path will still be AG, as, regardless of the strong contact I have or have not, casinos will usually refrain from sharing that kind of evidence with one individual and would much prefer to get an ADR body to get this kind of things resolved.

As OP said that he'll escalate to AG, I'll wait for his case to be available for public there and --if needed-- page FJ to get them to address the matter.

Although I think that FJ is one of the better casinos, I don't agree in believing FJ blindly. Tools used for multi-accounting isn't foolproof.
