Now, i don't have money in this bookmaker. They still owe me 2381.16 USDT.
So you have withdrawn your deposit and your winnings of 2,381.16 USDT has been seized by the casino, is that right? Another user made a similar complaint about FortuneJack some days ago, and if IIRC that issue is not solved yet. It is hard for us to decide who is right or wrong in this kind of case and holydarkness does not have a strong contact in this casino, try Askgamblers and see if you can get a solution there.
In a sense that I don't have a strong contact like the one given by BC and SB, then yes, I don't think I do, but I actually have a personal contact of FJ's representative, though I never use that channel before to reach them as they're quite attentive to my PM.
That said, I still have to say that the best path will still be AG, as, regardless of the strong contact I have or have not, casinos will usually refrain from sharing that kind of evidence with one individual and would much prefer to get an ADR body to get this kind of things resolved.
As OP said that he'll escalate to AG, I'll wait for his case to be available for public there and --if needed-- page FJ to get them to address the matter.
