UPDATE

My account has now basically been closed/banned. I have been logged out and can no longer login. I tried a different browser too and it's the same thing, so this is not a local issue, something is definitely wrong with my account. Most likely this is to prevent me from getting my monthly bonus which is upcoming. Note that I have done nothing ever since the first email. But they have escalated the actions against my account from restricting me from VIP tournaments, to restricting me from all tournaments, to now closing my account altogether, all for no real reason at all besides me winning on the site.

DO NOT play at Duelbits.

I feel sorry for this bad ending, I thought that you'll be treated the same as roycilik who was the first user who experienced the same thing in this forum.
Not quite if there are other similar cases but at least you are the 2nd user who reported the same case as what happened to roycilik.
What I do not understand here is why duelbits cant tell us (especially you) about the actual reason why they did it to your account.
Are you still trying to contact them by email after your account is fully banned/closed?

Yes, I emailed them, but so far no response.

Of course I participated in both tournaments, I was very clear 1st place in the VIP one with a prize of $7500 and 4th place in the other one with a prize of $1500. I lost thousands chasing both tournaments, and I would have never played those slots to begin with as I am not a big fan of relax gaming. Then, on the last day of those two tournaments around 6-7 hours before they ended I received this email:

Roughly translated it means I played only to chase the tournament wins and so they disqualified me, but only after I lost thousands chasing the tournaments and a few hours before they ended. There are a few problems I have with this:
1. If they wanted to disqualify me, they should have done so after those two tournaments ended for the next series of tournaments, not a few hours before those two ended because they had misled me into losing thousands thinking I was chasing the tournament winnings.
2. The purpose of the tournaments is to encourage gameplay and competition. I played to win the tournaments. I really don't see what's wrong with that. It just seems to me they only want players who degen off all their winnings and would disqualify anyone who win on their site.
I'm not much into gambling, but I always assumed tournaments were meant to make people wager more, so the house wins more on average because of the house edge, and players on average lose. It doesn't make sense for them to block anyone from playing, unless they want someone else to win. The more users play for it, the more they wager, which means the house wins more (assuming the tournament prize stays the same).



Like I said, I'm not much into gambling, but do they not care about their reputation? Without reading it, I assume their TOS allows them to disqualifying anyone from any tournament at any time. But this sounds very unfriendly to the user! They're a casino, they shouldn't care whether a particular user wins or loses, as long as they earn on average from the house edge. "Tricks" like these are amongst the reasons my country gets more and more strict on online casinos.

Duelbits finally responded to my inquiries, with another excuse this time why they are messing with me and my account. They are now saying they have "evidence" of me multiaccounting, which is a complete lie. In case you weren't aware, they already banned me once for multi accounting a while back after I registered and hit big on one of their slots. During that case, they closed my account for "multiaccounting" which was a lie of course. I then submitted a complaint on Casino Guru, and after a 2 month delay (Duelbits always waited until the last second of the 7 day timer on CG to respond, extending the deadline by another 7 days. This dragged on for 2 months), Duelbits asked me for KYC level 5, which is their highest level of KYC. I successfully completed it, after which they had no choice but to unlock my account. So it was proven back then I was not multi accounting, and Duelbits was in agreement seeing how they unlocked my account and allowed me to wager millions afterwards and even gave me VIP when I was down over 10k at first, that is until I started winning on their casino. Then all these sanctions started happening against my account, and now they are using that same excuse again to close my account completely (which was proven false months ago).

This is a completely ridiculous scenario and should show you how sketchy and scammy Duelbits can be. I would not recommend anyone to play here unless you plan on losing only and not winning as you will face the same issues if you win.

Duelbits, if you are reading this. I invite you to present the full details of this case. Don't use "privacy concerns" as an excuse, as I am giving full permission to reveal every detail about this case. If I am multi accounting, tell me which other accounts I am using? You and I both know it's impossible to prove anything because this is the only account I have on Duelbits. You have already tried to use this as an excuse months ago, it won't work again. If you don't respond, I will make another complaint on Casino Guru just like last time. Use all the time delay tactics you want. I will keep posting here until the case is resolved.

That's interesting. So, they have brought back an old reason (multi account) to close your account again which was resolved in the past. They won't share any sensitive details by showing the privacy concerns. You should take your complaints to CasinoGuru again. Duelbits is a reputable casino, they process the withdrawals quickly and you found the tournaments of Duelbits good for your gameplay activity.

Will you still play at Duelbits after all of these if they unlock your account by keeping the restrictions on tournaments? If not, then you should move on from Duelbits. I know you are looking for a proper explanation from Duelbits for doing all these things. But the situation has become more complicated now.

I think some part of the casino's term & condition... they have some right to restricted your account bla bla bla with some condition without a concern from the user. These kind of term & condition is almost on every casino.

They're a casino, they shouldn't care whether a particular user wins or loses, as long as they earn on average from the house edge. "Tricks" like these are amongst the reasons my country gets more and more strict on online casinos.
Yap should be like these, and the weird things is the tournament about "Slot". The only things user can do, just spam spin as much they can.......and since these is not sportbet tournament (we will not seeing any single abused) on slot tournament.

Nothing is illegal if you want to go that route since every casino has these clauses in ToS to protect themselves. Doesn't make it less of a scam though. I disagree it's similar to stake's code ban as everything else is normal on stake with your account in terms of bonuses etc even when you are code banned, but my account is now completely closed without a legitimate reason.

Good thing for me that I have cashed my winning out from the previous tournament but I am not able to claim monthly bonus worth $180. Too bad the decision they made is in the middle of a running tournament where I have spent many hours for it and of course some money too while I am on good position to be on top 5 as well as on the the day when the monthly bits come (just some hours before the claim). Another good thing for me is that I am still allowed to withdraw my small remaining balance. Well, the story ends here, time to move on and find some other better places to play.

It took them a week from when I was banned from all tournaments and bonuses to my account being completely banned. So I would withdraw everything while you can before the same thing happens to your account. My monthly bonus was 1k, and they banned me a few days before, and when I got banned from the VIP tournament I was in clear 1st with a 7.5k pending prize.

It is the responsibility of the casino in question to structure contests (VIP or normal, it doesn't matter) in a manner that can't be exploited if anyone is playing by fair means. I mean, come on, you banned him from a slot tournament just because he was playing to win Grin. I know you can hide behind the rule that you reserve all the rights to revoke any bonus and promotion, but there has to be an ethical standpoint.
This is certainly not expected from a brand like yours.

It took quite a while because they didn't allow me to open a new case and insisted I reopen the previous one, but nevertheless the case is now open, and it's probably better like this anyways because it has details of the previous case.

It took quite a while because they didn't allow me to open a new case and insisted I reopen the previous one, but nevertheless the case is now open, and it's probably better like this anyways because it has details of the previous case.

There is 0 reason for me to make another account when my account got unbanned and when I was playing on it and even less so when they started taking actions against my account, because there is chance they could just scam me again. I know for a fact this is the only account I have on Duelbits. If CG isn't in on this, then whatever evidence Duelbits sent to CG is completely fabricated.

It's just a hunch, but probably they're temporarily unlocking your account to let you regain access to all of your assets and to withdraw them all, and after some time, they'll permanently lock it. It might be explained in one of the email correspondencies you had with them? If you don't mind looking?

It's just a hunch, but probably they're temporarily unlocking your account to let you regain access to all of your assets and to withdraw them all, and after some time, they'll permanently lock it. It might be explained in one of the email correspondencies you had with them? If you don't mind looking?

It's not temporary. The account was unlocked for months. I played on it after it was unlocked and even gained VIP status after I lost 10k. This was all posted in the thread (although I think the links expired) but I will post again:

Here is also an exact timeline of everything on this case:
2024/12/03 - I make my first depo and start playing on Duelbits
2024/12/08 - After winning $1800 on a slot, which is a large amount compared to how much I was depoing at the time, the account was permanently closed after I tried to withdraw.
2025/01/31 - After mediation with casinoguru, I successfully completed KYC level 5 and had my account unlocked.
2025/02/10 - I was granted VIP status and a $350 bonus after losing over $10,000 on the account.
2025/03/07 - I receive an email saying I had been stripped of my VIP status but all other perks remain normal. I am now in profit over $20,000 on my account.
2025/03/17 - I was informed I am no longer eligible to participate even in regular tournaments open to all players and that all the other perks have been stripped as well. Note that I haven't played at all since my VIP got removed.
2025/03/26 - Account is permanently closed due to "multi-accounting", which hasn't been an issue since they unbanned me in January.

The situation here is, and the major probem, CasinoGuru received and verified evidences of multi-acc given by Duelbits, and it seems there is not any doubt in their findings that what's provided is valid and the casino made the right call. They find evidences of multiple account being connected.



And as always, we are bound by ADR's decision.

This is the evidence they provided, which says I tried to pass liveliness test as two people. I know for a fact this is a lie. I don't think CG is on on this, which indicates to me Duelbits either fabricated evidence or tried to claim I tried to pass the KYC from different IP/devices (which did happen as I remember accessing the link on my phone at work and also on another device besides my PC).

Also, please take a look at the timelime of events. This "evidence" should have came up when I passed KYC for the first time in January, but instead of banning me then, my account was unlocked, I was able to withdraw the balance, and I was even granted VIP status after losing. All this stuff only started happening to me after I started winning on the account. They decided to ban me after they have already passed my KYC and allowing me to play for months. Everything was good when I was losing, and I am sure it would still be if I am still down money on the account.
