Personally, I’m increasing my bet already when my bankroll is down so that I can recover and gain at the same time when I hit a decent multiplier on my increased bets.

I usually do a martingale already when I’m desperate to chase my lose but in normal condition I will just place same bet amount and just choose game with higher payout option such as live games and high volatile slot games.

I also do some bonus buy on slot games with higher bet amount than my previous bet to have a better chance to recover.

But playing the same amount is the right thing to do and just wait for your winning streak. I just can’t do it on actual gambling due to emotion.

Stick to plans and this is what im doing whenever im down whether -50 or -70% of my bankroll on which i dont really that let myself that trying out to bet all in just to cover up your loses on which this is the primary reason on why some people do really end up on miserable just because they've been letting themselves that being controlled with their emotions. Whenever you do have that plans on trying out to have some fun with your betting then make it sure that you should really be sticking into your bankroll management and made out most of it on the number of games or bets that you would really be able to make rather than on making all in bet on one go just because you've seen your bankroll is already depleting. Put up into our mind that we are betting for the sake of fun and entertainment and never ever trying out to chase your loses because this will really that be resulting into disaster if you wont really be that careful on how to handle your bankroll.

We cannot force a win when it comes to slots. We will have to be patient and wait for the high multiplier to come. In any form of gambling, greed has never be of help. It will only make you lose your fortune at the end of it. Hence the reason why we must gauge our level of greediness. I have learnt in life that as human beings, we're weird to be greedy to some extent since we are always wishing for ourselves to be better than one person or the other, however, that you wish for yourself something good doesn't mean you have allow your emotions to get over you or for you to wish bad over another.

When you measure your level of profitability from beginning, do not adjust it because you think your previous profit won't be enough and you think you will win. I am more of a sports betting person. In this case, my bankroll is down, what I do is that I quit betting for that day and wait for the day I get to see matches that I am more familiar with. Like the previous Champions League game that commenced this week, I lost because the teams playing against each other are not what I am familiar with. I don't know their strength against each other. Betting has to do with what luck comes with your next bet regardless of what direction your bankroll is headed, if you are down by 50% it means that you already lost half of your total bankroll and at that point, you need to be highly calculated in your bets selections and what next you bet on, most of the time when we lose some certain percentages we tend to call our next bets as chasing our losses such mindset can affect your choices of games and eventually lead you to lose your entire bankroll.

Still this is directly proportional to the risk, so I personally prefer to reduce the bet. Because if you chase losses, you will usually experience a worse situation. After experiencing a decrease in percentage, increasing betting aggression is clearly not good for me to do. For me betting must be consistent with the limits that have been planned from the start, if suddenly in the middle of the road you have to raise the bet more automatically the next gambling budget becomes a problem.

I do make use of this strategy when playing slots, spin the bottle and other casino games. I just increase my maybe next three bets so I can recover and if I notice my trials have more losses, I reduce the amount, if I don't win again after 2 or 3 trials, I simply change games or simply quit.
I may have become too bored and have lost the interest to keep at it and hence, I begin to lose much more than win or perhaps it wasn't my lucky day, so there's no need to keep chasing losses by changing strategy of betting because in the end, the longer one plays is dependent on how much is in their wallet and how long they intend to use the funds for.

I will prefer to stop gambling if I have been losing. If you are using the same amount to bet, that means you are suit small amount of money and it will get to a point that you need to stop gambling. If you are increasing your bet, that is very bad because it will lead to a big loss. A gambler should try all possible means to avoid increasing bet.

Everyone in the forum does have different opinion when it comes to losing. Some of us may double down and some of us may just leave it that way and call it a day. Doubling down means you are chasing your loss which is the luck isn't on your side, you are going to lose more.

Stopping and just accept you lose your capital means, that's just it and try your luck next time could mean, you may have a chance the next day. Or maybe you can use your funds to something else.

try to make it last until it’s supposed to so if my plan was to keep it for a week but it’s still thursday maybe i’ll take friday off and just gamble on the weekends so it can last until the whole week

I used to do that and let me tell you that it is the fastest way to complete loss of your bankroll. The only way it can be a winning strategy to increase your bet after you lose 50% of your actual balance is if you have a lot of other money sitting in your wallet that you can deposit to further chase losses, this of course is way more risky but the fact is that most people that do make a come back do so only because they have a bigger bankroll and rarely I have seen people with 100-500 dollars bankroll making a huge come back like that predicted in this thread. Best though is to stop playing at all and call it stop loss order when you reach 50% lost balance though I know how difficult for us gamblers is this a thing to do at that point.

If I may ask have you ever make a good or reasonable profit whenever your bankroll is down and you increase your staking power? If the idea or strategy always favors you no problem you can go ahead but If it doesn't I will advise you stop because normally it is not even advisable to increase one staking power when their bankroll is down because the moment you make loss from that point you will be tempted to increase again to recover what you have lost and in the process of doing this you see yourself in a depressed state, so the most important thing is to know what mostly works for you and stick to it.

If i deposit into a casino and my deposit is down 50% and i have been unsuccessful in my bets so far, if i am playing slots, which i just started doing, i will increase my stake, i know i will run down my deposits faster in that way, but that is the only way i can recover, because if i hit my luck, the winnings will be high. I stick to the same bet as I did when I made the deposit - I know some might switch to the increased bet method but to me I feel that method will only make you lose faster since you don’t even know if you’re going to win a decent multiplier after the increase your individual bet or not - so sticking to my initial move seems like the best decision to make when I’m down 50% of my bankroll.

If it’s my bankroll for the entire week and I’m down 50% on the first few days or even the first day I’d quit and probably switch to sport betting if I lost to slots initially and try to bet on low odds games that have potential of winning and try to win back what I’ve lost or increase the bankroll by a few percent before returning back to play slots and then see if I can win more with it. Another strategy for my bankroll. If I am down, no need to increase my bet, I lower it and I have been lucky with this strategy as I am able to stay longer and lucky to have hit a huge multiplier a few times. That is the advantage, the probability of hitting a huge multiplier.
