I quickly checked the code --->  view-source:https://ybex.io/  and the platform is a gateway to ---> https://quickex.io/.
So https://ybex.io/ is just an interface (UI) or partner (additional fee) to reach --> https://quickex.io or is there additional advantages?

What will the support team do as you cannot access/edit API exchange data, and therefore it is better to tell the user to visit Quickex.io via the case ref link instead of claiming that you are an independent platform.

I guess these are the kind of services where when your funds are blocked, and you try to complain, they have no direct answer as they wait on their "partner" to act.

You are right. When I clicked on the Terms of service, AML policy and privacy policy links that appear before making an exchange, all are direct links from quickex.io. Not worth the risk right now.

Hi buddy. We solve all the problems that may arise with orders through our exchanger mail marketing@ybex.io. You can always write there on any question and we will promptly give you an answer and solve the problem if there is one.
What issues have been resolved? I would say that Ybex does not do exchanges, the exchange is done via quickex.io so either you prove that you are not using quickex.io API or work as a ref links service.

I guess these are the kind of services where when your funds are blocked, and you try to complain, they have no direct answer as they wait on their "partner" to act.
The problem is that if KYC data is requested, it will pass through a third party who may hand it over to a third party and so on. In this way, it is better to use coinbase or any well-known platform instead of a service that does not have any legal data.

Hello! We are currently changing our structure and will function as a separated exchange (exchanges will be proceeded via third-party liquidity service). All the questions about orders will be discussed via our support.

Firstly we started to change obvious bags on front and currently all focus is on tech part. We thankful to our for the things you noticed, it helps us to improve our service.

How Blockchain Simplifies Financial Operations: A Comprehensive Guide

Blockchain technology has transformed financial systems across the globe, making transactions faster, more secure, and transparent. Whether you’re an enthusiast of bitcoin (BTC), trading on a cryptocurrency exchange, or simply curious about how crypto swaps work, blockchain is at the heart of these advancements. But how exactly does it streamline financial operations? Let’s dive into the details and explore the many ways blockchain is reshaping the financial landscape.

What is Blockchain?

At its core, blockchain is a digital ledger of transactions maintained across a decentralized network of computers. Unlike traditional financial systems, where a single entity like a bank or clearinghouse verifies transactions, blockchain eliminates intermediaries.

Each block contains a record of multiple transactions, a timestamp, and a cryptographic hash, making it nearly impossible to tamper with. Thanks to its decentralized and secure nature, blockchain has become the foundation for cryptocurrencies like bitcoin and various financial applications.

You can't claim to be a non-custodial exchange when you are not. Do I get the private keys of the addresses I deposit my crypto to? I suppose not. You and your partner-service have them. You have control over my coins until they are in my wallet. And I am sure you have rules that "allow" you to freeze and confiscate my coins.

When we are on the subject of terms, it's not possible to access and read your Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Why is that?

Let's face it:

What is Ybex

This exchanger:
1. That claims to be a non-costadial exchanger, without offering any evidence of this.
2. That works on API which can't be good or bad news:
Code:
<iframe src="https://quickex.io/cryptocurrency-widget/v1/?isConstructor=false&amp;primaryColor=%25230052a9&amp;lang=en&amp;locales=true&amp;darkMode=false&amp;logo=false&amp;referrerId=aff_873&amp;htmlFontSize=14px&amp;isCustomCoins=false" width="100%" height="400px" frameborder="0"></iframe>
3. Does not have ToS&PP, which raises doubts. At least at the time of writing this post it does not exist yet
4. Uses ChatGPT to generate articles for their own blog, for example this one
5. It has a bunch of inactive buttons, including "Sign up" and "Rate compare", which are just a mockup.
6. Claims that they are "featured on" various websites, but I couldn’t find any information about them, not even on Quickex

In fact, I can spend a couple more hours like this, but I'm too lazy.
Please take this into account if you try to exchange cryptocurrency with them.

Hi. Thanks for noticing.
We haven't yet added a documentation section to our site header, but it is available at the link - https://ybex.io/docs/

We are planning to update the site soon, where all the necessary information will be available to all users. Have a nice time.

Is this a joke? What's stopping people from creating every ticket with this mark and how are you going to verify it? Every ticket should be equally important, regardless of the situation.

Emergency Requests

For critical situations involving imminent risk of death or serious physical harm to an individual, please follow these instructions.

To ensure immediate attention for truly time-sensitive emergencies, please clearly indicate “URGENT REQUEST» in the subject line of your email. This will help us prioritize your inquiry and respond as quickly as possible.

If you read all the absurdity written there, you can go crazy.
Do you guys get all this from Google?

Hello friend.
Thank you for paying attention to all the shortcomings of our site, it helps us improve it.
We are planning to change the backend and will function as an autonomous exchanger. We will definitely make an announcement in this thread when this happens.
