I have had my Q running for a week now. Solo mining to my FutureBit node on Standard and getting 78.75T at 1410W the best share so far is 154B ( I also run 2 Nano3 on a different electric circuit)

Bought it off Amazon because free shipping $1839.00 plus tax but got 4% back on my CC.

I guess my one question right now, is there a video or instruction on how to clean the filter? Does the front face just clip off?

I think it is probably a good idea to publicize when your miners find a block.  A lot of talk out there about home miners lately and most of it seems aimed at the BitAxe.  I think the Avalon Q in comparison is a much better product for folks who can handle the heat.

I wish to run ethernet only. My Avalon Q defaults to 10.0.0.27. How do I change this as everything in my home is hard wired

The router assigns this 10.0.0.27. The device cannot actively change its static IP. Please configure it in the router. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
