Sorry to rub salt in the wound but there's no way in the world a sports bettor should play in a new book. Winners are having money confiscated at established books claiming value betting. There's no such thing as value betting to a court. A line can be bad. Accidentally posting +5 when it should be -5 but no court is going to void value bets.

I don't even know this casino and i am just hearing about them for the very first time, AFAIK, they also do not have any announcement thread on the forum, and as such, no representative, so it is going to be hard to get justice here.

If what you are saying is true, then it is clear that the casino were not happy you won and they do not want to pay you, so they find one crazy excuse not to pay and close the account, it is a strategy that a lot of shady casinos use. Have you made a complaint in Askgamblers?

If you are winning fairly and by the book, a casino should under no circumstance steal your winnings from you or frustrate you out of it, but many of them do it. It is advisable to choose reputable/popular casinos, that is not to say you cannot run into some problems when you use them, but it can be easily resolved and the casino would not want to tarnish their reputation, so if it is discovered that you won fairly, they would settle it ASAP.

I don't know how you are going to prove that you are a representative of this casino. There is no announcement thread for this casino on the forum, and so if i may ask, how did you find out about this scam accusation thread? The casino itself looks shady and then you pop up from nowhere claiming to be the rep of the casino, it looks all too strange and suspicious.

Do you have access to the support email address and I send you my email address so you can send a message?
Or much easier, you could create a text file on your website (winna.com) with your username proving that indeed you are the representative

i think they probably just wanted to offer you some deal to take the post down. if they really wanted to resolve it, they could have just reopened your account, credited you $4k, and let you withdraw.

It is somewhat common in many casinos, but many times it gets resolved. The thing here is that this casino can be said to be unknown, at least i for one do not know them, but just keep on following the case up shrewdly and see how it ends, if you get out of this one unscathed, you are definitely not going back to play there.
