Did you store your Bitcoin in an exchange or your wallet?
If it is an exchange then you need to remember the name of the exchange and your login details. But if it was a wallet then what you need to do is to find where you must have store your private keys. If you cant find your keys then you can access it just forget about it.
Find out about the things i measure its the best help you find.

It's easy. You call Bitcoin customer service and give them your name, address, and phone number. They will look up your information in the block chain and then send an email to you with your all your addresses, private keys and passwords.

Just kidding.

Instead, you might try contacting the NSA or the FBI. They conduct surveillance on all phone and internet traffic, so they can easily look you up and give you the information you need.

Just kidding, again.

Actually, you are screwed. With no information, there is nothing you can do.

If it was 15 years ago, meaning you have BTC year 2010.

What is in your email? Gmail has a 30-day limit before it will automatically be deleted from the trash. Since it was a long time ago, there's no way to restore the email that you deleted.
Or maybe you're talking about it doesn't exist because you totally forgot your email?

If it's just a password that was saved in your email, if your wallet still exists and you can't access it because you lost the password, you can still maybe recover it by brute-forcing the wallet backup.

Do you still have the wallet.dat file or the Bitcoin-qt wallet?

Accessing it depends on how you originally stored it. Do you remember if you used a specific wallet like Bitcoin Core, Electrum or an exchange? If it was on an exchange it might be tricky if the platform no longer exists.

If you had a personal wallet you’d need either the wallet file wallet.dat or the private key. Without those recovery is difficult. Even if your old emails are deleted you might still be able to reset passwords or check backups old devices, cloud storage, USBs, etc.

Your username tells us that it is almost impossible for you to get your Bitcoins back if you really had some. Smiley

You could only access your lost Bitcoin if you had a seed phrase, a wallet back up, or a private key of the wallet in which you had your Bitcoins. If you used an exchange platform, which I don't believe because we barely had any back then, then you have most probably lost your Bitcoin as well in that case because I don't believe any exchange platform from back then exists in the present.

I don't understand the relevance of your emails or passwords that you're mentioning, and there is no point in remembering the email if you know they don't exist anymore.

If you are not trolling us or made this post for fun or attention, I wish you good luck even though there seems to be no hope.

Sounds like you have no clue wahtsoever 🤔

Last resort is to look into your old drives, backups, notes (physical or not) and see if you can find anything related. Otherwise, might as well give up.

If it's 2010, I think there's only bitcoin QT-- bitcoin core, today-- though CMIIW. Electrum came in 2011, too. I'm not sure about exchanges or any hosted wallets near those years but what I can say is, the older they are, the higher the chances they're already defunct in today's time.

Do you store it in an online wallet like coinbase or an online wallet that is down and its users are at a loss because all the coins were taken away but I forgot the name of the online wallet.
If you store it in an online wallet it seems hopeless, or if you store PK in gmail then it is even more impossible if you don't know the email and password.

In 2010, I don't think there's other wallets exist besides Bitcoin-QT. Also, the only exchange that exists at that time is BitcoinMarket and Mt. Gox. However, these exchange are already long gone. If his BTC was stored in these exchanges there's no way to recover it, but if it was stored in a Bitcoin-QT wallet, he can maybe still able to recover it, depending on how secure it is, and still remember parts of his password.

As you have not given any details it is safe to assume the account you created to post this has ulterior motives. Based on the lack of information in the OP, it seems clear you have deliberately not provided anything of substance therefore you will not gain access to any of the non-existent bitcoins you thought you had from a time ago.  You can lock the thread.

Yeah right. Even if he only remembers part of his password there are tools that can help with recovery especially if he still has his wallet.dat file. It all depends on whether he kept any backups or old devices. But if the wallet.dat file is lost or the password is completely forgotten it's going to be a very difficult if not impossible recovery.

You need to dig deeper. You seem to have nowhere to start from. Perhaps recover your emails first. If you really can't, try to look for your old notes or whatever storage you have for important information. Perhaps you have private keys or backups there. If you fail in all of this, forget about whether you might have Bitcoin or not. I'm afraid it's impossible to recover.

By the way, how come you suddenly thought you got Bitcoin a long time ago? 15 years is a long time. Bitcoin was only around one year old at that time. It was almost unheard of. Do you happen to be into cryptography, coding, electronic currencies, or at least a fan of the cypherpunks?

Over 15 years is quite a long time, at that time bitcoin was still young, and only a few platforms supported bitcoin. So I'm still confused about what you mean, did you save your wallet phrase in the email, or did you have an account on an exchange and want to recover it? You should be more specific about what you mean so people don't have to guess what you experienced.

I remember some of my emails though they're no longer existent or I deleted them/my passwords.
i am gonna assume that since you mentioned emails you used a platform with kyc and so it is most likely an exchange but if these emails are no longer existent and you also do not know your password anymore then i don’t think you can create a new password to access your account again

there is too little information to go about your situation so all i could recommend to you right now is to move on

So how about your wallet address? If you can remember be and try some password recoveries, the system may give you hint about the email address you use to register the wallet then you can act accordingly to recover the  email so that you can have access to reset your wallet password. Having your contact address as phone number will as well help you on the recovery process.

That's probably the best thing that can be done, imo.
The chances to get said email back and that the platform that stocked up OP's coins is alive is very, veryyy small.

I don't really understand what you mean. Did you put your Bitcoin in your wallet and you lost all access to it? Or did you put your Bitcoin in an exchange account and you forgot all your email passwords from there? If you could clarify the matter, maybe many people could help you in many ways.

OP, There are more details that you needed to have explained more for the understanding of everybody, since you're talking about mails and password that are no longer existing or you deleted them according to you, I'm believing that it might be that you had to save your Bitcoin with an exchange wallet, however if you still want to recover your coins then you need to find the email and possibly the exchange that you used, at least you should be able to have a trace of one thing that should give you a lead, but if everything has been deleted and you cannot remember them, then the whole recovery process will be like chasing a black goat in the middle of the night without any form of light.
