Search page- Added Compact mode: shows only the post header for quick skimming. You can expand the post to see its content. - Added Topic OP tag: indicates if the post is a "topic starter", meaning it's the main/first post on a topic. - Added Search topic starters filter: search only "topic starter" posts, the main/first post on a topic. ["Others" filter]cc @Little Mouse, you can use this new feature to see the topics created by a user on specific boards. For example, your topics on the Service board from January 1st until today: https://beta.ninjastic.space/search?author=Little%20Mouse&board_id=52&date_min=2025-01-01&date_max=2025-07-18&only_topic_starter=true&limit=20&sort_by=date_descCaveat: Some older topics (before 2019) are being rechecked, so they might miss the filters (the post is there, but it's still not tagged as the OP).

Not possible at the moment, but I'll consider RSS support.

Not possible at the moment, but I'll consider RSS support. Look, that's not even a bad idea. Those who follow podcasts are like-minded, they often use RSS notifications to find out what's new. This could be another one of notifications of the news

Downloaded an extension to try and that's actually pretty cool. Quick access to the recent topics on my local board: Will add a quick RSS button on the search page soon.

I didn't find the following page in the beta version: https://ninjastic.space/user/joker_josue?topicsIf it's there, I didn't find it. It would also be interesting to have this page with a list of topics with the most posts. I would also include the number of merits earned within these favorite topics. Here's a tip/suggestion.

This will be available, along with every other features found on the original version (and more). No new updates recently because I was very busy with a few other projects, but I'll go back to coding this project the next weeks.

When I read this thread, I thought: if someone creates a thread and after a few minutes changes its entire content, ninjastic.space will stop keeping this historical record. This could be a strategy to create a scheme for those who want to do something wrong and be difficult to detect. I remember you saying a while ago that you would scrape posts multiple times. Will you always do this, ensuring that every so often it checks for changes, even if a post is several days, weeks, or months old? Perhaps this is a waste of resources that is not very useful, because we know that fortunately most posts are not edited very late.

People already do scenario you describe, AFAIK usually it's used to make detecting multi account harder. I remember you saying a while ago that you would scrape posts multiple times. I'm also curious about it. Total thread will grow over time, so i doubt it's possible or practical without strict criteria which thread/post should be re-scraped.

I'm not talking about erasing. But rather, do a new scrape to show that a certain topic was changed long after it was created. This would help to avoid eliminating evidence or saying things contrary to what was actually said.

Perhaps this is a waste of resources that is not very useful, because we know that fortunately most posts are not edited very late. The problem is that right now I save another copy of the entire post every time something changes, even if it's a single letter. If I allow multiple unlimited rescrapes, storage usage can go quickly very fast... I thought about storing only the post diff, but then I need to rethink how my search engine works right now. Maybe there is another solution...

Have you ever considered having a manual scraping button? For example, a user would visit your page related to the post and click the button, and the scraping would be executed. To prevent abuse, you would put a general time limit until the button is used again.

Even if it's every 24 hours, or 72 hours, rescraping a entire post can take a lot of space the way it works right now (where the entire post is saved, even if the difference between versions is a single character).
