I heard it's being mentioned every now and then by some people [I can't recall it from the top of my head if it's several people or just Rating Place], but to be honest and --again-- from the top of my head, the cases I oversee never have a situation where the victim lodged a complaint to sbgok and return with a statement that they win... and got paid.

Plus, many casinos are jumping ship from Curacao following the drastic change in their licensing system.

I'd guess that it depends upon the dollar amount and players owed. It would have to be substantial to make it worth their while. They are still looking for players that are owed money from BC.game. A judgement went against BC.game, as well as the licensor, but it hasn't been enforced yet since there seems to be more players that are owed.
