Started forming a decentralized judicial system

Established a Council of Large Holders to manage the project in the second phase.

Plan for the Second Phase of the project

1. Due to the fact that the issue of new BulCoin is paused, all conditions have been created for its pump. That is what we are doing in the near future

2. We are finalizing the first version of mini-app, it expands our audience.

3. We are doing cross-collabs with larger projects to get related audience.

4. Add a casino mode to the mini-app. It is aimed at increasing BulCoin's pool liquidity through withdrawal fees from fair gambling games

5. Link pool-liquidity to cryptocurrencies of network states

6. We launch an account of citizens of Chuvashia - Volga Bulgaria.

BulCoin becomes a full-fledged DAO 

The Diplomatic Council of Chuvashia – Volga Bulgaria has carried out a series of reforms for BulCoin: 

1. The number of SKD directors is limited to 10 holders. 
2. SKD becomes the full owner of the BulCoin mini-app and social media. 
3. SKD gains full independence from the Kanash and manages the BulCoin project autonomously. 

Thus, our project is becoming an independent decentralized autonomous community operating within the BulCoin economic system, which includes the activities of Chuvash projects and movements. 

Since BulCoin will be the national currency of Chuvashia, its largest holders will effectively set the basic market rules through mini-app governance.
