I have an interest in The Philippines having lived there for about 5 years. Instinctively sensing trouble after analyzing Marcos' (handler's) politics, I hauled ass. Now Australia (The U.S.'s so-called 'Sheriff in the South Pacific' and the 5-eyes designated manager of the country) would know what's going on and have somewhat quietly issued an advisor for travel to the area citing the risk of civil strife. Probably wise.
The arrest of Rodrigo Duterte and his delivery to the globalists in Europe is being downplayed in 'the media' as a controlled situation and no big deal, but I don't think this is the case. What I am seeing through friends and family on-the-ground is not at all what is being shown in the news. Duterte had quite a high approval rating when he left office, and it remains steady.
The West tries to paint a picture that family of the people who died in Duterte's 'war on drugs' are a political force, but in fact the biggest rally's seem to be coming from the areas most effected. Duterte made a good faith effort to treat both the Muslims and the Communists with a degree of dignity and fairness. I believe that these groups basically respect that.
It is a lie that low-level criminals and poor people were the only 'victims' of Duterte's war on drugs. Plenty of mayors of 'shabuized' cities had to get out while the getting was good, and a fair number of them didn't make it. Those who did are only now drifting back in as Marcos allows (if not encourages) the devolution back to the bad old days.
Marco's dad (a literal dictator for good part of his 21 year rule) had a dedicated cadre of people who owed their wealth to him and were loyal to the Marcos family, but as time goes by they die off and it takes a while to re-build. Not only that, but in order to give to the wealthy one has to take from the poor, and the actual on-the-street economy is starting to roll over from what I can see which doesn't win friends among the masses.
It is also the case that a lot of what makes The Philippines tick economically filters through the likes of USAID and like groups in what they call 'capacity building'. If Trump is serious about throttle back on some of that then it spells economic trouble for a LOT of quasi-Filipino 'influencers', mainstream media operatives, etc, and relatedly, trouble for the political classes installed by such operations.
I strongly believe that it is dedicated policy of the West to have a fair amount of crime, drugs, sickness, degeneracy, etc in all of the 'developing world' places who have resources worth stealing. All of these maladies offer opportunities for 'capacity building' and conduits to pay off those who are helpful in the project. The Philippines is classic, and it explains the extreme Western anamosity toward Duterte who seems to have 'sneaked in' in an oversight of the controllers. Unfortunately I met very few Filipinos who could understand or visualize such a thing. Their society and education beats the ability to contemplate such a thing out of their heads...but so it does in almost every country.
If Trump and his people are sensible, they would/should give up on hopes of challenging China in most of SE Asia. As technology advances, naval based force projection is almost 100% bark and 0% bite which relies primarily on not having an adversary who is willing to push a button to fire a relatively widely available missile. If America's loss of will were to happen, there is a possibility that Filipinos could be spared from becoming 'the next Ukrainians' in games between the three nations of a multi-polar world. My fingers are crossed.
Seems to me that Marco's calculations might be that his power is only going to weaken from here, so it's now or never to try to implant a totalitarian dictatorship. Some of their actions do seem very much designed to further inflame whatever organic back-lash from Duterte's arrest may occur within the population. Widespread civil issues would be a necessary ingredient to try to do just this.
---
Edit: As I recall, the globalists dropped the ICC thing in exchange for Duterte allowing the experimental mRNA gene therapy to be administered to his people. I was on-the-ground and watching closely at that time. The Sinovac first authorized was traditional 'vaccine' and actually not that big a deal. A few months later when Pfizer came to town, it was pure carnage. I'm not kidding, and I saw it with my own eyes. (What I never saw was anyone with so-called 'covid', but did see a lot of people locked up for 'testing positive' and I saw politician's relatives junk buildings fixed up on government money to serve as 'isolation facilities'.) Anyway, the ICC welshed on the apperent deal with Duterte after the deed was done and put him back on the list.
If I was a pissed of Filipino with access to sensitive data about the scamdemic, I would certainly be leaking it in order to get partially even with the globalist scammers who assaulted my people as they did, and who use my people as guinea pigs for drug and non-lethal biological weapons testing.

The majority of my fellow countrymen are against to what our president did to former President. It's an outright public kidnapping without due process. The arrest didn't go well but I am in the middle of this tension. I understand both parties that are pro and anti Duterte and the same goes with pro and anti Marcos. I think that this is all politically-motivated since the elections are just two months away. Anyway, there is so much to be done on this administration with the rising cost of everything, unstoppable fuel price hikes and more crimes happening in the broad daylight. I don't want to get distracted with what's happening in our country because this is beyond our control and people crying people power. That's just giving the president Marcos a sign to call for martial law if it's done and the elections will be on halt. If America's loss of will were to happen, there is a possibility that Filipinos could be spared from becoming 'the next Ukrainians' in games between the three nations of a multi-polar world. My fingers are crossed.
That's what they are saying and I don't want to deny that with all of the politics that are happening. China-US-Taiwan-Philippines. The tension in what we call 'West Philippine Sea' which is called South China sea is very high even until now.

The majority of my fellow countrymen are against to what our president did to former President. It's an outright public kidnapping without due process. This is the general perception and belief of the majority of the population in the Philippines; it's a betrayal of the highest kind, and this is the end of the Marcos time in politics. Duterte is the one who made it possible to bury President Marcos father in the grave of the heroes when all of the past presidents declined or denied it because it was unpopular to do that then And the Dutertes handed him the presidency when Sarah Duterte, his daughter, agreed to run as Marcos Vice President. Rodrigo Duterte made it clear that he wants to be tried in the Philippine court, and he is willing to get in prison. He just wanted to be with his beloved country, but the Marcoses deceived him and handed him to the ICC, where the Philippines is not a member anymore.

That's just giving the president Marcos a sign to call for martial law if it's done and the elections will be on halt.
Bongbong Marcos does not possess the intelligence of his father, and it's very challenging to impose martial law now; we have a cellphone and social media, and the majority is against him right now for betraying Duterte; he is a weak president to launch a martial law, and if he does this, it may not succeed; he will instead be driven out of the presidency. I also don't want a civil unrest; I just want a fair election. In a fair election, those who are loyal to Marcos will eventually lose.

The world wasn't meant to be multipolar. There will always be a head or struggles/competitions to be at the top to rule over the rest of the world with single operating system and no subnet. Or alternatively, you have subnets that are obedient to the main Network.
I think the intention is to gradually weaken the influence of duterte and his ideals in philippines, and create a more pro-western modern society. The philippines is noticeable changing since the past few years. It's becoming harder to find traditional contents of hardworking Filipinos especially the women. YouTube recommendations or search results are filled with women in seductive dresses and postures.
The policing of others by the West is never honest. It's what can be described as global politicking or interest based policing which sometimes turns violent. But I do not believe China has any chance regardless of technologies. Russia case is different due to her close proximity to Christianity which is usually impossible or very difficult to subdue. Most often, the faiths of stronger Christians save the Christian leaders (who aren't very strong spiritually), supporters of the faith and other similar factors. China doesn't seem to have that kind of setup. I mean, having believers at leadership level.
And you have to be free and a believer on different system, or ruthless, evil and cunning to be at the top otherwise you remain under their power. It's like the prison system and how the top prisoners who are usually the most vicious, know and follow the rules of the game to remain at the top of system and rule over the rest of the prisoners.

Many simpletons still think Duerte was a "good guy" forgetting he ordered both the military and police to shoot dead any protesters who disobeyed his covid lockdowns and jail those who disobeyed his vaccine mandates. Duerte should probably have been hung from a lamp post by the Philippino simpletons instead of being worshipped by them. Blindly obedient simpletons and ingnorant indifferent populations are treated like cattle because they behave like cattle and allow despots and demagogues like Duerte to trample on everybody else by default. Anyone who defends Duerte is a simpleton at best.

One can be forgiven for sentiments ^^^ but reality is more nuanced. I was there and in the middle of it. Duterte and his generals got the (wink wink) 'Sinopharm' (wink wink) 'vaccine' (read, saline) before anyone else. 10,000 insiders got it on the legal grounds of compasionate use. There is no doubt in my mind that certain insiders were aware that there was a biological attack in the form of injection on the horizen and they tried to duck it by getting their asses a fake injection. This is indeed a high crime as I would define it. The Philippines population got the 'Sinovac' which was not a gene therapy, and didn't seem to do much of anything. There was not really anything to do; I never saw or heard of a case of 'covid' other than in the news. This went on for a month or two as I recall and there was a ton of pressure to get the Pfizer injected. Recently the U.S. DOD admitted to and apologized for employing psychological operations in the country in order to get the Sinovac deprecated and the Pfizer injected. There was one nameless bureaucrat who is a true hero of The Philippines in my book who refused to illegally sign a document needed to start the gene therapy. After a few days the traitors in the government got beyond that hiccup and the carnage began. The sirens never stopped until the authorities put in a no-siren policy. I counted 11 ambulances in a 2 km journey in the middle of a city in the early days of the Pfizer event, and a few weeks later got behind 4 different funeral processions in a 100km trip to one of my rural properties. I have no doubt that the Pfizer and Moderna were tunned on a per-country and per-region basis, and that The Philippines got some of the really bad ones. In a group of 4 60-ish siblings that I know of through direct connections, three of them died within a week of getting stuck. Back to Duterte, did he have some hand in having the first group victims get 'saved' by getting relatively safe injections? I don't know, but whatever the case that is how it went down. Duterte did make an ass of himself with some statements about 'shooting refusers', but in my area at least it was complete hot air and there was no action taken whatsoever and no change in policy or behavior. It was relatively late in the whole thing and nobody gave a shit anymore. What did happen is that the ICC dropped charges against Duterte, and it seemed to me at the time something of a quid-pro-quo. The ICC seems to have welshed (maybe due to Duterte's neglect at following through on his threat to shoot refusers?) and that's why we have this thread. Edit: Charts showing the Pfizer marker (a while after Sinovac started) are well memory-holed by this time. https://eldric.substack.com/p/chart-of-the-day-cotd-philippines

Most Filipino citizens in those incidents do not agree with what the Philippine government did because it is obvious that the sovereignty of the country has been abandoned to another race. And it is also obvious that politics is the reason why the Philippine government did this.
Almost nationwide majority of citizens didn't support the arrested Du30, because they know that the cases against him are all lies. Just like the cases filed are Torture and rape of the accused, DU30 has never had such a case in the Philippines and then all of a sudden it was filed with the ICC, so I am one of those who believe that DU30 will be easily acquitted for sure in the end.

There was a hearing just today, and the ICC notification is not really an arrest but a diffusion where the former will have to face a local court first before getting extradited. The Marcos regime is trying to destroy the opposition and its history, repeating again, this is very ugly politics The president's sister Imee Marcos, who is trying to win the votes of the masses in the election has this to say "This is all about politics. The administration is using government resources, the ICC to demolish the opposition," she said. Philippine officials deny coordinating Duterte arrest with ICCWell, history is the ultimate judge, but right now, the Marcos regime is trying to destroy his main opposition, the Dutertes.

The Marcos regime is just repeating what happened during his father's time, and what hurts more is that this son is triply worse than the father. Think about it, in just three years as president of the Philippines, he has already shown that the Marcos's are really TRAITORS, stabbed the DU30s in the back, even though the DU30s were the reason why their name was raised again, and then their father was even buried in the grave of heroes because of FPRRD. But what did they get in return? They said that the president was a fool and a weak leader and then conspired with the ICC, surrendered the country's sovereignty to foreigners and betrayed fellow Filipinos. This is where the Marcos admin's actions are so shameful. Those sitting in government today are all thieves and power-hungry, from the AFP chief, PNP Chief, chief of CIDG, almost the majority of government officials today are all thieves and thieves, and thieves from the treasury. That's why VP SARAH was right when she said, "GOD HELP THE PHILIPPINES." The only thing we can do right now is trust in God, because He is the one who installed the President of the country and He will also remove him.

Mate, have you watched the video that has been circulating online? Its the official stance of one of the powerful religious groups in the country that is a major block voter in the country; they did not like the decision of the Marcos regime to send the former president to the foreign land. They stated that the judges and the lawyers here are competent enough to try Duterte in our local court; they maintain that he should be tried here and be put in jail and rot here in his native land. As we all know, former president Duterte wants to be tried here in the local court by a local judge and not in front of foreign judges. The majority of our people really don't like the Marcos administration's decision. It really is a political persecution.

If you are referring to the Iglesia ni Cristo, I watched it earlier on YouTube, their program "Sa ganang mamamayan " and with their announcement its a bit alarming for sure to BBM admin's honestly, because three major religious groups no longer support him, and these three are on the side of Vp Sarah Du30. Think about how many million members the Iglesia ni Cristo has (8-9 million members), Muslims (6-7 million here in our country) and KOJC (7-8 million members). If they unite to attack Malacañang, the police and soldiers there will be nothing they can do because the government boasts that they have less than 1 million now. Well, those group of religions are also fighting, only these two, the Iglesia ni Cristo and Muslims, will surely crush the armies of BBM. I have not included the MILF or Bangsamoro.

We are now waiting for the impeachment; as we all know, the impeachment proceeding is a political exercise. If Sarah Duterte is out of office and cannot run anymore, then there will be no strong opposition. The Marcoses will likely field his cousin Romualdez, who is very unpopular among the people. The Marcoses will try to remain in power because if the opposition wins, they will have to pay for their betrayal. For all we know, he will be facing a Senate inquiry or a possibly treachery charge in court. Anyway, I looked at it. Bongbong Marcos name in Philippine history is attached to betrayal.

As I understand it, Iglesia ni Cristo is extra strong in the paramilitaries (police, etc). Another consideration are the Freemasons and other fraternal organization who are also strong in the judicial and other apparatus of the state. As I mentioned earlier, with every year that goes by, the number of people who owe their family fortune to the two-decade kleptocracy of Ferdinand and Emelda Marcos, or remember that they do, diminishes. The presence of U.S. 'capacity building' has also been off-and-on since the Marcos' were run out of town in the 80's and probably not the money machine topping off the coffers of the elite that it once was. My gut sense is that the Marcos clan's position at this time is tenuous at best and I don't envy them. As best I can tell, the only Marcos who is worth a shit is Imee who has always seemed OK to me. Especially by Philippines standards.

That's what's so sad, it's just a diffusion in which it's only from our government where our government itself is from that they themselves are the ones asking for help from Interpol, because Interpol itself says that there is no red notice alert for FPRRD. It's obvious that there are irregularities, the ICC was surprised that FPRRD was already in the Hague because it was the BBM admin who threw him out, they betrayed him, the government itself sent him, and the government itself made a way to make an arrest warrant for the ICC. So what those involved in surrendering the country's sovereignty did was really kidnapping, they said they weren't cooperating with the ICC but the investigation revealed that our government participated in betraying fellow countrymen of another race. Many violated the Rome statue and violated the constitution of the country of the Philippines too, what was done was really kidnapping because FPRRD was forced to board a plane. Then the judicial authority that acted was DOJ even though the DOJ is not a competent judicial authority, instead they are under executive department, so the addict president of the Philippines told many lies. He said he needed to help Interpol but there was no red notice alert or they did not have an arrest warrant for FPRRD. They did this to cover up the scandal that First Lady Liza Marcos was facing in Beverly Hills in the US over the death of Tontoco who died under illegal drugs and that BBM's FL was detained so the mainstream media here in our country blacked out on this matter but in other countries the news was very widespread.

There were news coming from President Marcos camp that Duterte asked for asylum from China, and they deny the Asylum request, but the Chinese government denied this in their official statement. “China has never received any so-called application from former president Duterte and his family to seek asylum from the Chinese government,” foreign ministry spokesman Guo Jiakun told reporters on Monday.
“Regarding some so-called informed sources that are made out of nothing or have ulterior motives, I hope that media friends will carefully identify and not believe them easily.” China ‘never received’ asylum application from former Philippine leader DuterteIn the first place, why would Duterte ask for an asylum? The old man keeps stating that he wants to be tried in in a local court in front of local judges and be imprisoned if found guilty in his homeland. The Marcos government is propagating fake news in the hope of destroying Duterte's image.
