My country people's i greet una to this welcoming hands of joyful and happiness in this year's of 2025...

The main reason for the creation of this thread is to understand why and some key points on how bitcoin ATM project was been adopted to Nigeria well with some little research i made,  i got to know who was the first and who was behind the adoption of "BITCOIN ATM"service  and the key role he played despite the regulations challenges.

For my findings a young man named Daniel Adekunle which is an chief  executive officer of block stale, he was  the mastermind behind the design of "BITCOIN ATM" machine in Nigeria which  logistics says it took about 60 days before it was flew it from Shenzhen in China and then it was later moved to Lagos, Nigeria's which he effortlessly  introduced a physical gateway just for Nigerians to buy and sell bitcoin. Which he faced overcoming regulations and also in addition he brought one of the biggest cryptocurrency infrastructure in Nigeria.

And also found out the reason BITCOIN ATM had to be installed in Nigeria, we all know that Nigerians are strongly growing interest in the cryptocurrency industry
the purpose that lead to the adoption of the machine was that the demands was to high and for bitcoin and for traditional banking systems challenges.

The man that was behind the shipping of Bitcoin ATM machine this will be celebrated as part of those that made Bitcoin popular in Nigeria, same way they celebrate the first newspaper that Bitcoin was published in.

By him making the ATM machine available he was trying to do a lot of thing by spreading crypto education and adoption in Nigeria.

Nigeria still has 2 bitcoin ATMs since 2021 or so:

The transaction fee is huge. It can be 10% or more of the total amount that you want to transact. I do not think something like this can be common in Nigeria because Nigerians do not like high charges.
