I just submitted a report with them a few days ago and a lawyer operating in Curaco, so far no response, but it says 30+ days for both.
I believe Stake is not transphobic. Rather, with a benefit of doubts of your narrative, it's a misunderstanding since they can't verify same ID of the person owning the account and performing KYC with the documents being submitted. May I know what kinds of bet you did on stake? Is it casino betting or sportsbetting? Asking because I think we don't need to escalate to an exhaustive and lengthy procedure of court yet, perhaps an ADR can help with this.
They'll probably help verify your gender reassignment and ID-difference issue and overturn Stake's decision once you submitted all of the supporting evidence that you've basically submitted to Stake to no avail.
Holydarkness, your response is problematic for several reasons. First, you are speaking as if you represent Stake or have authority over their decision-making process. If you do, you should disclose that.
If I speak as if I represent Stake, I'll say something in the tone that shows I am talking on their behalf, like, "we are not transphobic", instead of "I believe..." but, that shouldn't mean much to you, anyway, right? Why bother asking? You've caught red handed on manipulating statements to drive a false narrative.
The Convenient Memory Lapse of HolyDarkness
Oh, so now you’re suddenly all about accuracy, HolyDarkness? Funny how you had nothing to say when people were calling out Stake’s shady practices, but the second your own credibility gets questioned, you’re demanding exact timestamps like this is some kind of legal deposition.
Let’s cut to the real issue here:
1️⃣ Stake's Miraculous Rise to #1 – Pure Luck or Systematic Manipulation?
How exactly did Stake, a crypto casino registered in Curacao, suddenly become the biggest name in the industry? You don’t go from a niche gambling site to a global empire sponsoring UFC, Everton, and influencers overnight—not without a highly structured player recycling model.
VIP system designed to hook players into perpetual losses.
Weekly streamer giveaways as bait to lure new victims.
Targeting gambling addicts while turning a blind eye to minors in live chat.
Artificially inflated "big wins" on stream, yet real users see nothing but losses.
Have you even watched these Stake streams, HolyDarkness? The chat is filled with kids begging for crumbs, while Eddie sits back pretending not to notice.
2️⃣ The “We’re Not Transphobic” Argument – A Convenient Distraction?
The real issue isn’t about transphobia—it’s about selective enforcement. Stake has a documented history of using KYC as a tool to seize funds from players, especially those who win too much or withdraw too often.
Why do VIP whales mysteriously bypass KYC delays while regular users get locked out?
Why does Stake suddenly find “issues” with KYC only when a big withdrawal is requested?
Why do countless players—including this case—report that Stake rejects perfectly valid documents?
This isn’t about gender—it’s about Stake using KYC as a weapon to deny payouts.
3️⃣ Let’s Be Clear—Exploitation of Vulnerable Players Won’t Be Ignored
HolyDarkness, if you want to play the “I’m just a neutral observer” card, then start acting like one. You selectively engage only when you need to damage control for Stake, but conveniently ignore every question about their unethical practices.
So let’s make it simple:
👉 Why does Stake have a structured system that keeps users trapped in a cycle of gambling addiction?
👉 Why do they prioritize streamers and influencers over actual player concerns?
👉 Why do they ignore blatant signs of underage gambling in their community?
I think I’ve made my message loud and clear—Stake’s predatory model isn’t going unnoticed. If you have a real answer, let’s hear it. Otherwise, keep running PR for the biggest scam in crypto gambling.
