So my question is judging by the range market we currently experience is it every dip and average Bitcoin investor should buy?

I'm thinking that if an investor already has a comfortable position talking about investment already in Bitcoin there may not any need to chase after every dip in the market. The people who need to focus more on the dip in the market are those who have not invested enough over the years probably through any strategy and are looking into gaining an advantage on the market as quickly as possible. It is okay sometimes for an investor who has already invested heavily in the market to just sit and watch some dips.

If they are able to set aside 30% of their money to buy, we can also set aside money with the same percentage even though the amount of Bitcoin obtained is different from them.

If you want to invest with the idea of buying at every DIP price; then you will go above your discretionary income just to meet up buying at every DIP but the truth is that, no investor can buy at every DIP price and it will be very stressful for someone to come up with buying every time the price of Bitcoin DIPs. It is just similar to a trader who is monitoring the market all the time with the target of buying when the price DIP and sell when it is high. The best is just buy anytime have any available amount you won't be needing for any relevant thing then you can just buy with it whether the price is lower or higher because if you are looking for the best time to maximize profits it will definitely be in the long run after you have already invested.

Well I kinda disagree because for me as an investor you shouldn't have any comfort limit because that would just make you reluctant because I believe every opportunity is a change to increase your portfolio as long as it doesn't inconvenience you when buying and also veterans too should use the opportunity to buy the dip if the funds are readily available for it. As a Bitcoin investor who knows the importance of the dip, utilizing it should be the best and suitable option not letting it slide because you are now comfortable.

Anyone that tells you that the DCA strategy is for only those that have huge capital or sufficient amount in their bank account has lied to you and you must not belit such horrible lies. The DCA strategy is basically for every Bitcoinist or Bitcoin investors whether rich or poor. The strategy allows individual to gradually accumulate Bitcoin depend their paycheck, for example those investors that receives a paycheck every month end, that's when they usually allocate some portion of their salary to invest into Bitcoin, while those that have huge amount  but are using DCA are planning to buy at different price.

This is a very good topic for discussion for Bitcoiners of you ask me. Buying dips in Bitcoin in most times are more beneficial than regretful— this my opinion is strongly backed by the price movement of Bitcoin from when it was created till date.

While some dips act as healthy corrections in an uptrend, others can be sign of deeper market issues. None of the strategies are compulsory, it's a case of doing what suits your financial formality, people who DCA are not the most profitable, same as those who use other kinds of strategies.

Just as other users have said, I disagree with you too, DCA is not only for people that have huge capital like you said, anyone can use the DCA strategy for Bitcoin investment it only depends on how you implement it. DCA has nothing to do with large capital or people with a lot of money; you can do DCA even with $10 for each purchase, and that is also useful in the long run. Bro, if someone is an average investor, can't afford to DCA into Bitcoin, then I don't see any logic in asking if it's worth for them to buy every dip because if you are not in a financial state which allows you to invest at least $50 a month into Bitcoin, buying the dips isn't for you. For average investor it is actually a bad idea to go on a short term investment on bitcoin, over time it has proven not to be profitable imagine anyone buying at $80k or more and looking to take profit in a short time it is very risky because flipping this could take a longer time.

Two of the most common advices giving to anyone trying to invest into bitcoin is to simply have an extra source of income and invest what they can afford to lose. Sticking to this two I think even during bearish period you wouldn’t bother.

My speculation Bitcoin price will rise higher than $109K in this year, since the price now hovering around $84K, so Bitcoin is quite cheaper now.

It's was more cheaper few days ago so it opens up for insider investors to leverage on that opportunity so early to profit at the current price right now especially for daily trader. the point of DCA is instead of leaving your saving in bank with no interest or even if it got some interest it won't even beat the inflation, you can simply just buy bitcoin, and I'm talking about the saving without emergency fund, only then you can DCA.
because DCA requires long time for it to be profitable, not everyone can do it, if you think within just 1-2 year you gonna need the money, then forget about DCA, but if you think you can endure market for decade or more, then DCA is the right thing for you.
because you're basically investing right here, if someone can't afford to buy at interval, then DCA is not for them as simple as that.
