This is actually my first time hearing that DCA is only for people with very large capital, and I don’t agree with it. DCA requires the investor to invest a fixed amount at regular intervals. The whole process requires the investor to have a secure and steady source of income so they can DCA properly and continue for the long term. Bitcoin is highly divisible, so you do not neccessarily need very huge capital to DCA. Just do what is convenient for you and be ready to wait for long term.

We anyways need to work only with the funds we are ready to keep in the work while we are doing our own thing, and BTC will keep our hard earned capital safe from inflation / other things to come.

That will depend on their plan and how much money they allocate to invest in Bitcoin because if they think that every dip is important to buy, they will buy more and more. They will separate their capital in many buy low price and wait until it filled.

But other investor will not do the same but they will wait until the price is stay stable at the low price and then they will decide to buy or still wait for more. They know how to decide and adjust themselves in any situation so they don't just in a rush to buy Bitcoin in every dip.

But if they use DCA method, they will not buy Bitcoin in every dip but they will wait the time to buy Bitcoin. They already set a certain time to buy Bitcoin so they will follow that. Maybe they will buy if the price is at a lowest price but that will depend on their plan.
