Not to stand against your business but this is exactly why I don’t trust reviews in platforms like trustpilot and even on Google review you can tell who is really given a honest review and who was paid to write something good about a service this changes almost everything that review is supposed to stand for, to honesty again on how your service is being used allow those who have truly used your product to write about it base on their experience and not to pay someone to do it for you.
