There are new members in this forum and those who are joining the forum in a new way, but all of them have their own expectation target, but many times many fail to meet this expectation or many cannot reach their target. I think the biggest obstacle for a new member to reach his goals is his lack of patience.  

I understand where your post is heading; everything you are doing, you must set a target to that thing so that you will work towards the target and make everything possible to meet up to the target. But patience is the most important thing here; you must be patient to get to that target. Although I understand that all you are saying is about tanking up to a high rank in order to start earning on the forum, which is obviously not as easy as you think, it requires patience. Furthermore, more is not something you should rush; many newcomers who rush to rank up end up getting their spoils or ban. I hope you won’t rush.

OP have given some nice advice to beginners otherwise newbies and sometimes, newbies just want to achieve their desired rank in a blink of an eye without knowing that ''The great city of Rome was not built in a day". It takes time to get good results and what matters is consistency and productivity. We should learn to treat the forum as a place for sharing valuable ideas about bitcoin and other cryptocurrency then any other rewards that comes along should be for fun. Is has lead most newbies coming with the mind set of rushing and posting unfavorable post in which they may not want to take things easily, the frist time i was been opportun to post in the forum i could remember the off topics i made and that got me no where, but the moment i being to study and read more than posting I understood how the forum works with time and was patience and hard work to some extent i do engage in posts and now i can make contributions in any topics of my choice, newbies this day need to have the mind set of patience, been patient and passionate in what you find your self doing patience most be the first to understand. Those who are new to the forum must be patient and try to stay active in the forum and at least try to post something from the forum every day. If you become inactive on the forum after posting for a few days, then later you will not want to become active again and post regularly on the forum.

Your words is very motivating I most say, and of course before one can be able to achieve a certain goal definitely you will need to undergo some challenges. The problem right now with these newbies is that they don't have the patience to wait because there's only one thing that's on their mind and that is... money.

They believe that higher rank = higher earnings hence, they want to rank up as fast as they can. One problem sometimes is how the users here are introducing the forum to other people. They introduce this forum as a platform where THEY CAN EARN MONEY instead of a platform where THEY CAN LEARN ANYTHING ABOUT BITCOIN AND CRYPTOCURRENCY IN GENERAL. It's a domino effect. They introduce it at a wrong way therefore newbies will register an account thinking that they can earn immediately and then they will realize that it's hard for them to earn here because that's how the forum was introduced to them until it will come to a point where they will be impatient enough, and they would either abandon the forum, or follow what other newbie accounts are doing which is just participating in those bounty campaigns out there that gives a few bucks for them.

I guess this isn't only applicable on the beginners in this forum, but to all users here as well that if we're just starting, always, always be patient. For example, I still consider myself as a beginner when it comes to trading, and I'm patiently learning and learning until I find a strategy that works for me. It's the same here, if you want to be a high-ranked member, do something that most aren't doing. Ranking up is a process. Do your thing if you want to rank up.

It can be actual newbies but they are too greedy, money obsessive.
It can be not actual newbies but senior members with banned accounts and created newbie accounts to continue their works here and with them, they don't have patience.

From Full member rank, they can join good signature campaign and can work for bitcoin. Pay rates between Full member rank and Senior member rank are not too different, and they can simply work and enjoy their time as Full member to rank up naturally with time in this forum. I don't see truly big pressure to rankup too fast from Full member rank.

I like reading the motivational sentences that you wrote from the beginning to the end, but it's not just the number of posts that can make a member of this forum rise in rank, but they must have quality posts and of course be useful for other forum members (not quantity but quality).

Anyone who wants to be great or successful in life must be consistent, persevere, determined, discipline etc and anyone who doesn't have this characters will find it difficult to succeed in life. We are not in any competition, in investment or even the forum ranks. The ranks achieved here is measured by intelligence generated from the forum and how it has benefited others.
