Do you have any legal information? I've read the terms of use, and there are no legal information about the service.
Can you prove your 100 Bitcoin reserve?
You have a list of banned mixers. How would you know that the source of your customers' funds is from these mixers (even though some are not working)?

At this stage, we do not have the ability to request KYC data. Regarding refunds, if a customer refuses to provide the required information, we currently do not offer an automatic refund option. However, we are actively working on improving our processes to ensure compliance and user convenience.

We use both the company's assets and third-party APIs—a combined approach. It is not always possible to fully process a client's request solely from our own reserves. Therefore, we utilize additional liquidity when needed.

I think it would be better to include this in the terms of use where the customer needs to contact the support team and if they do not respond to the KYC they can get a refund.
I also think that exchanging Crypto ↔ Cash requires a legal license since you are dealing with bank info.

I'm a bit confused. On the opening post and your About Us page, you've stated 24/7 support and operating around the clock, respectively, but on your homepage, there's a banner with very limited operating hours [these things contradict one another].
- IMO, the support staff responsible for handling the exchange issues should also be capable of manually processing the transactions.

I tried to look into this because I read their "we do not have the ability to request KYC data" but it appears not anymore as I'm seeing the typical KYC/AML clauses at the moment. So it's a no-mandatory-kyc now, op?

Similar to another member, I was also confused as I only saw USDTs—apparently, this is because they're closed which wasn't clear enough. I've no idea if the business schedule follows my local time or another timezone as well. But ultimately, op should pursue for their exchange to work 24/7 to be competitive.

The platform collects a basic set of user information — IP address, email, and Telegram username. This is sufficient for performing exchange operations.
Additional personal details are only required if the user chooses to register a personal account. In that case, the platform asks for the user’s first name, last name, and phone number.
Further data may be requested only if triggered by the risk control system, in accordance with internal risk monitoring procedures.

Unfortunately, we don’t yet have a more elegant solution in place, but we are actively working on proper automation to improve the user experience.

We’re actively working on aligning our messaging across all pages and improving the support process, including better handling of manual transaction processing when needed.
