I do not think your example is real. I wanted to check the price of bitcoin on Kraken but not shown unless I register but which I am not interested. The price of bitcoin on most exchanges are almost the same unless there is a massive sell pressure on an exchange. But, even when Bybit was hacked recently, the price of bitcoin on the exchange is very similar with other exchanges.

I have noticed some price differences in the past but not bitcoin but altcoin.

It's not a new thing. Arbitrage has existed for long amongst Nigerians. But the profit isn't as big as some might think. Just like Charles-Tim said, if you don't have a large sum of amount to buy from another exchange your profits may be small.  You should know that you can do it also on currency and commodities not only cryptocurrency. Which ever one you which to trade, just have enough funds and you would make something reasonable from it.

I do that thing for PI wella, when exchange defy sell $2.5, I dey but from people for#2500 or #2700, come dey make at least #1k per PI because as I go buy cheaper, when I enter exchange, I go sell normal price collect my small thing on top. Where the thing dey make sense well na for offline because most people dey like seek to who they know to prevent scam, so I dey go public place meet them, we transact and I take my coins away, if you've large but requests, this gives sweet money within a very short period of time.

All exchanges don't have the same rate. You don already talk my mind here, imagine person using as huge as 5 million naira to trade even if na 1 million sef e still dey very risky. Perhaps, no be every body get big money to dey run am like that and any body wey dey do am with small money e go just be like say na play the person dey play because the profit will be too low. Another thing wey dey there be say as person dey buy bitcoin na so e dey attract fees and to also send am to another exchange wey dey trade higher go still require gas fees again which means say e no really worth the stress and since the price dey fluctuate person fit buy lower from one exchange thinking say e go sell am at high price for the other exchange but before you know it the price fit don drop so all these things na just in form of gambling.

E be like you no too understand wetin OP dey talk, market value dey dey different from trading value so from the screenshots you uploaded it is only showing the market price of bitcoin and not the trading price. When you wan trade for exchange no be wetin the price dey talk for market na you go see for spot trading.

Coinmarketcap is taking the average price of the exchanges it listed on the site which will make this not accurate. You can not compare the price of bitcoin on Coinmarketcap because of this with other exchanges. You will compare the prices of bitcoin on different exchanges for this. But on the exchanges I used for it, the prices are very similar in a way there may be no profit in arbitrage trading.

Before person go consider to go into crypto arbitrage trading as a kind of trading strategy, e suppose first know the basic parameters em go need to dey successful at such venture.

Person go need to know the cryptocurrencies wey em wan work with and also know their current prices, know the fees rate on at least three different better exchanges and know the supposed profit wey dey on top to claim.
 Also, if one is able to read signals and predict price movements accurately, e go fit help to make crypto arbitrage trading dey more profitable if one don fit fulfill the necessary requirements including say the funds to use no get any urgent use.

Exactly, you need to do your calculation properly because prices fluctuate and you need to act fast so you will not buy from one exchange and then when you get to where you want to sell you see that the profit margin is now low. you might just have made a wasted investment or stressed yourself. As you see most of the responses dey of the opinion say them sabi am. For me, e no mean say I dey do am or whether I sabi am, No. But I don hear about am and I know say people dey do am too and e dey risky because of volatility/price changes and bad network.

Just as Charles-Tim said you need to use a lot of money but N5 million naira for me is too small and this is why.

According to the snapshot uploaded by cryptohygenic, the difference in Bitcoin price in both exchanges is $39. That's your profit if you buy 1 BTC at $82,012 (N123.01 million naira) on kraken, withdrawal it and then sell on Binance at $82,051(N123.07 million naira). But If you invested 5 million naira ($3,333 dollars), you'd get $1.58 dollars from that trade and mind you, we've not even mentioned the withdrawal fee when transferring Bitcoin from kraken to Binance. So you'd need a whole lot of money to profit from arbitrary trade.

I knew of the arbitrage opportunity since but haven't given it a try because my initial thoughts are that it would require huge capital to profit off those little price difference and also the fact that gas fees used to be high. Bitcoin fees were between $10 - $25 and that could have reduced profit margin greatly. That's why I didn't purchase the opportunity. But those of you who do are the real OGs.

From what he said, he only used bitcoin and that price as an example, it didn't reflect the actual price of bitcoin on exchanges as at the time he was making the reference. I believe his choice of using bitcoin as his subject is that bitcoin, is the most known coin. There were other altcoins he could have used as example, but many newbies might not get the point he was trying to make.
One thing I don't like about the arbitrage trading is that you will have accounts in most of these exchanges. And that is how you will be exposing your documents in the name of kyc and chasing little bucks that will come out from the trade. Our documents shouldn't be all over the internet because we are looking for money.

This is not something new , this actually one of the common way to earn in this space . But you need good amount of capital to make good money from it , just like you need good amount of money to make money from spot trading. But arbitrage trading is more risky compare to that of spot trading because you be making use of more than one exchanges and some times it may lead to you using some exchanges that are not popular or well known are most of those exchanges that can be use for scamming , and one of this common means is one depositing and not being able yo withdraw.
