Does anyone know if ViaBTC is in trouble or going out of business?
I mined for this pool and for no reason, I stopped receiving my funds.
I sent tickets to support and only after a week did they reply, saying that I had violated the pool's rules.
I've already asked them about it and under what conditions I did it, but there's still no reply.
All I know is that I have 3 accounts blocked at ViaBTC, with funds that are not being paid to me.
Curiously, I'm not the only one, as I know several users who are in the same situation.
We've tried to get in touch via their Telegram channel, but the admins just ask us for the ticket number and never get back to us. When we insist, they end up blocking us and preventing us from sending messages.
Something is not right with ViaBTC, as we believe that this behavior on their part is not the right thing to do (to keep miners' funds).

Well look at their Terms & Conditions so see what rules you may have violated. Frankly, they are required to tell you that and most likely have sent emails to you when the accts were locked.

I would love to know what they say you did.

My guess is they believe you violated referrals .

but that is merely a guess.

I never received an email stating that I was violating the mining rules.
When they told me they'd blocked me for breaking the rules, I asked what they were, but so far they haven't replied to my email

Let me guess, you are all using referrals and self-inviting yourselves to make a profit? I know many people who mine at Viabtc (I don't anymore but my account is still active and has no issues), I checked a few telegram groups with thousands of users and nobody has mentioned anything about Viabtc yet, so my guess is, you and your friends got banned at the same time because Viabtc figured out (or mistakenly thought) that you were somehow abusing the referral program.
