Nothing is stopping you from that where you put in sending anything to the people who registered. How would you even keep track and know who deposited and who registered? Do casinos even give out that much for affiliates? I don’t think it would be a lot to feel that there is a cashback for your deposit.

In my opinion, this is more likely a referral to a casino since OP said he will pay 10-20% loses which means he will earn from the gambler's loses when the gambler plays on the casino. It is indeed a good offer but I think only the greedy people will try this as we can see that many forum members aren't even sure if it's safe and also suspicious of the deal or service if that's what you call it. Only time will tell if there would be someone who will do it.

The offer might be real still what are your intention? Offering back losses using an affiliate means seem cool though. Obviously, this looks too real and good to be true. Possibly another scammer in disguise looking for who would fall victim of his tricks but funny enough we don't have that kind of easy get gamblers here as they are all wise up and can not fall  for such scam because they already know what is obtainable in the industry. The only critical part on this offer is whether he will send the cashback since it usually directly distributed on players account itself so I”m skeptical about the authenticity of this offer because no affiliate receives a cashback from their invites, only rakeback.

for the player to keep receiving rewards from the deal, they have to keep playing at the casino.
for the affiliate to make more money, get more players, they are incentivized to give a large % of what they earn back to the players.
players get more cashback and rewards under this kind of deal instead of signing up directly with the casino.

and the reason casinos are okay with this kind of deals, because the money they give to the affiliate will be given to players, and the players will most likely just end up losing it back to the casino.

there is more to it, as it's not as simple as a player lossing $1000, you getting $500 back in revshare, and sending him $300 in rewards.
you need to consider things like admin fees, negative balance carryover, min active players etc... and for example, if you only have 2 players, one loses $1000 and the other wins $1000, you would be getting $0 in revshare.

Honestly, nobody can tell if you are legit nor a scam, but in both cases, I believe it’s closer to impossible that someone will actually believe you and trust what you are saying, since you cannot guarantee that or have a good history as a member of this community. For the cash back you are offering, I will be honest, it’s a great deal for someone who wants to have fun and gain back some money if things went wrong.

If it’s possible maybe, provide few proofs as you have connections with casino owners, the way that even the casino will send your affiliate a private message to their email or something like that. There are plenty ways to convince those who are interested, but without that nobody will risk anything.

I will also add: not only do scammers not give up, they begin to approach their destructive and lousy activities creatively, constantly inventing such options for offers to naive users so that it all looks plausible and, of course, very profitable for the user.
However, as you gain experience using the Internet, I think that there are fewer and fewer naive users who fall for the free candy that the scammer offers. But still, the process of finding victims is actively continuing and there are still such naive people.
And this is such an endless conveyor.

Scammers do give up most especially on this forum, a scammer who is on this forum trying to scam and in the process gets a negative tag(s) mostly do give up if he or she understands the weight that negative Tag carries, and they do give up because as from that moment the get the tag, all their efforts, including previous and future efforts have gone to waste, so it makes no sense wasting their time on something that won't yield any good result for them, this is why most do give up, this actually is in terms of using that same account that was tagged, some may likely try to create another account to use to try again, that one is possible.

And speaking about dragging a point, only a genuine person will try to defend him or her self, or try to fight for their reputation when given a negative Tag, because they have evidence to back up whatever lead to the tag, unlike a scammer who nothing to present as an evidence to fight and get back their reputation.
