Ok, let's assume that is true, let's assume the casinos in which you offer this are not scams owned by you, so the guy accepts this offer, signs in to the casino, deposits the money, you get your affiliate percentage, and how do we know we actually get the extra bonuses and cashback and you don't just disappear with your tiny affiliate commission?

You're a newbie with no history providing out of goodwill extra money to strangers instead of doing this with your friends and relatives, so, answer a simple question, in a forum where scammers lurk like it's their nursery, why should one trust you?

The offer sounds good, but the fact that the Cash back is for your account is a risk for the users, as other users mentioned, how can we be shure that you will not walk away with the users money, that would be easy since you have the money in your account.

To make a deal like this you need one of this two things: trust or a colateral. Other way It will end in scam.

Why not just provide the affiliate link directly on the topic post? So we can be able to check if it is a legit link but also still warn people about newbie accounts.

I think some of you are missing the point here. He is offering basically 20% of your losses back, if you are in profit you will likely get 0. He earns money based on you losing and there are a few casinos that give deals to affiliates as high as 40-45% of the players losses under your code. So if player A loses $1000 the affiliate would get $450.

IMO the offer is probably not a scam in its self, the person however may be a scammer. There is no way to know if you will get paid until someone does it, which I am not advocating for I am just saying.

I am not a big fan of affiliates from sites that pay only based on losses. I look for the casinos that pay affiliates based on wager amount. It's a lower % but I don't have to root for a player to lose their ass so I make a buck.

It looks like a good approach prima facie but looking at the stats almost 89% will lose money anyway so it is better to opt for the commission based on losing. Your ROOTING/ NOT ROOTING will not have any impact anyway . I mean there is no ethical dilemma either so why not make a well-informed economic decision?

Not good approach if you want to earn thru referral since the way how you post such thing it make you sound like a scammer.

Also you should know base on the approach made by people you could see that you are not getting any positive approach so maybe change your style if you really want to earn thru referrals and post complete details so that people could see that you have clean intentions here.

Much better if you create a site and  compile all those sites you have said so that you will not violate forum rules here. I think sharing referral is illegal so most likely your post will get deleted if you do that.

The issue here may not even be about whether what you offer is genuine or not, but you're not being straightforward about it, am an affiliate user, if you gamble under my affiliates, gamble and make loss, I will get a particular reward for that, which is good for you on your own end, but what does this has to provide on gamblers, rake back bonus which is only coming the moment they looses and you ear, but if they win nothing is there for them, lastly, you could have made everything being transparent here, newbies cannot be trusted like that, asking for people to send you DM for more talks looks absurd being a newbie.

As month watering as your offer is, sorry but no body can trust you, maybe you should focus on building a good reputation here on the forum for yourself first, then Maybe you can come around again with this offer, just then, maybe some persons may decide to give you a trial with funds they know they are willing to lose, atleast then, you have a reputation to lose if users find out you are nothing but a scammer.

But right now, you have nothing to lose, so users can't take any risk with you because even as good as your offer seems, it's screaming scam all over it.

But maybe you can come up with proofs that you have the said connection with the top casinos just as you claim, just to see if some persons will give you the benefit of doubt and try out your offer.

It still even makes no sense to me because if the casinos he is working with are casinos that are already on this forum, a person like myself already have account on almost every casino that is present here, if assuming I decided he provide me with a link, and it turns out that I already have an account on all the casinos hes working with, will registering another account with his referral link not affect my both accounts since the casino can see that as operating multiple accounts?

Actually the system that OP wants to introduce here will never be successful and besides, none of the people who are active and gambling on this Bitcoin forum will take any cashback offer through it. Is inappropriate for you to tag this user without any verified case of a scam, I understand that what he offers sounds too good to be true but still since he did not ask any gambler over here to make the deposits into his wallet he has not committed any crime to be red tagged, I think what the ops are saying is practically achievable to some points and that is if those set of gamblers create an account on those casinos that he has affiliate contracts with and wager all the total amount there, so since no one gave create and accusations saying ops ask for Money directly it means he is still not guilty yet, just recheck and have a review of the ratings you gave the ops.
