What on earth are you talking about?

The bounty section is visible to everyone, including guest users. There are no restrictions at all in this forum unless you are referring to another forum. The only boards in this forum that are restricted to some ranks are boards like serious discussion, investigations board etc for obvious reasons.

Actually I got confuse on your question but if you mean you want to participate on Bounty campaign then go to this section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0 lots of bounty campaigns are posted there.

Click those thread if you want to know their qualification and rules since each bounty campaign have different rules since it was handled by different campaign managers. Just read and try to understand what's happening there since for sure you could learn those things on short period of time since this forum is easy to understand and navigate by anyone.

You don't need any rank to view the bounty threads but sometimes many bounty campaigns has some requirements especially your rank or other things that are used to screen out participants that might not be of value to the bounty campaign.
All you have to do is to go to the altcoins section and click on the bounty section.
There you will see so many bounty campaigns including those that could suit your interest. If you think some of those bounty campaigns suit your interest, you can apply with no restriction.

Are you asking question, or you explain things to people? I don’t even understand your post. It’s better you explain better, because it’s difficult to understand what you saying, and if you are finding it difficult to express yourself in English, then just visit your local board, and make use of your local language to ask any question which you want to ask, am sure people will be able to answer your question for you.

There is no verification that’s suppose to be done before you can access the bounty section on the forum, or before you can participate in bounty. If you are talking about the minimum rank required to join a bounty, then you shouldn’t be asking that here, because every bounty manager has rules for every campaign, some bounty campaigns don’t care about the rank which you are, every rank can participate, but some are always having minimum rank which they do accept, so it’s the manager that’s going to conclude.

Anyways, bounties are available to all rank and doesn't discriminate anybody, to participate in any bounty as a newbie, you just making sure your social media accounts has so many followers and subscribers to enable you earn much in bounties on the forum.

If I am a bounty manager and I've seen you post in one of my threads and asks this, I might not accept you. I know that it's not going to cost that much into answering this question for those who works for projects but, all of the bounties posted in that section always includes the requirements and rules for each of them. And that's why if you are going to ask without reading them, a bounty manager (not me cos' I'm not) probably won't accept you into theirs but most of them are kind and considerate so, you just have to take time in reading them.

Obviously you created this account to participate in a bounty campaign; the best thing to do is to make sure you have a very active social media account with a lot of followers because bounty campaigns are like that; then go check the bounty section in the altcoin category; it doesn't matter if you are a newbie; I have seen members doing bounty campaigns for years and they are still newbies.
Check the bounty announcement thread to see if you are qualified and be sure to follow the bounty campaign rules.
I advice that you don't join a campaign on your first day here; check roam around, participate in the discussion in the beginners section to get you fully acquainted with the forum rules; the forum rules is more important than the bounty campaign.

1 post account is teaching people how to use the forum. And this is the first time I am hearing or seeing such that to visit a board, we need to verify our accounts. I don't think any of the altcoins board sections is invisible for newbies. There are bounty campaigns in which newbies participate and I don't know where you got your information from.
