I once discussed with a friend who runs a digital content firm, why his office is more of female workers, he said that women can spend more years as employees compared to some men who want quick money to set up their own business. And most platforms don't like switching staff. Also, in the corporate settings the competent person gets the job it's not a gender thing anymore, result is all that matters. It is not always the case, and, in most instances, men are prone to changing jobs faster than women because of the responsibility most men face, which causes them to demand a raise in their pay and move at the slightest opportunity where an alternative job looks better than what they are currently earning.

You are right. However, i want you to see the effect of changing jobs or vision has dealt with man. Do you know the moment a man starts a family it becomes a responsibility for him to always provide for the family. Most men end up forgetting to follow their dreams and goals. A man is bound to be limited when he takes complete responsibility in his hand when he has not reached that level. At the same time, if he is able to chase the goal how fast he would have been when he was alone will be totally different to how he is doing it carrying all those burden on him.

As a man you can move from higher pay to higher the question you should be asking yourself is are you really doing what you want to do in life, or you are just working for money.

I don't think one particular gender is more favoured than the other,  their are some opportunities in life that men will be the favourite to go in and ther are also some opportunities too women will be the most favourite too to go into. If you think before no men were favoured most in Jobs and other opportunities and now women are favoured now it means things are changing and that is what life is all about, everything is about time and season.

I agree with you on this, every gender is unique in their own way, there are things that women are more skilled and capable of handling more than men. It doesn't always have to be a gender war everytime. Men need to realize that things cannot be the way they used to in the past, some men still expect women to be full time housewives but majority of them are now industrious and starting up businesses, insecure men see all these as a threat to them. Things are changing, women are not slaves, they also need to get rich just like men, their gender shouldn't limit them from having big dreams for themselves.

But, year by year it's getting worst. Most companies prefer to hire women in white collar jobs, while men are mostly in blue collar jobs. As we know white collar jobs are getting higher payment and much more secure than blue collar jobs.

There are jobs specifications that just fits in for a woman to be in the position. Much like a secretary, this job position has a lot of women in there than men. Same where there are jobs that women can never be called for or given except men. But at least with how the world is evolving we should appreciate it how women has now started having the courage to undertake certain roles in the society unlike sometimes ago.

The only thing that can bring down a man is man, a man that doesn't know his worth can easily fall but a man who's strong in mind and has experienced life can fall but we get back quick, because no man has super power at some point we make mistakes and involve in things that can break us down.

It would be a great advantage to also tell us the areas where men have been placed in advantageous positions over women.

I am not into analyzing the roles of either gender in society and how one gender tends to take it all. Inasmuch as I believe every gender deserves equal rights, I want to state that there are certain roles that are gender-based, and if by chance we find more of a particular gender in that role, it is not enough to conclude that the lesser gender is being discriminated against.

Does it really make sense for the male gender to feel that women are getting all the privileges because they are entitled to more leave, like maternity leave and menstrual leave? Some things aren't really worth arguing, as it will only complicate things further.

While debating this gender equality issue, we should not forget about our cultures and traditions because they may be saying otherwise.

In My country, there are some government organization that employe few women because they prefer men population in the organization than women to meet up with their production. In the past we heard women are less important than men which we call gender inequality, women can't school, women should obey everything, women only stay at home etc. Then women trying to make women and men are equal, they're successful and now we see women can school, women can demand equality, women can get a job etc.

You are right women deserve care and protection from men. And their some aspect in life whereby the women are being proactive in what they do.
