In the past we heard women are less important than men which we call gender inequality, women can't school, women should obey everything, women only stay at home etc. Then women trying to make women and men are equal, they're successful and now we see women can school, women can demand equality, women can get a job etc.

But, year by year it's getting worst. Most companies prefer to hire women in white collar jobs, while men are mostly in blue collar jobs. As we know white collar jobs are getting higher payment and much more secure than blue collar jobs.

Women now demand many thing while they already have more than men.

Men who want to go out with women need to have a car, pick her from her house, pay everything, then drive send her to back home. Those efforts are just "bare minimum" for women, while women doesn't have to give anything to the men.

If the women are in relationship for 5-10 years with that men, but when there was a rich guy want to marry her, if she break up and choose the rich guy, people will say it's normal and the women are just being realistic.

But, if that was the man who choose to break up in order to marry beautiful girl or rich girl, people will say the man is a bad person, unethical and not deserve to live.

I would you to include some actual statistical facts rather than your feelings about this, but since i am here i want to ask that does it make you insecure, if women are getting jobs that were reserved to men in the past?

If companies hire women over you, have you considered that it could be because they are more qualified? Or maybe those individuals were easier to work with?

Have you actually talked with women or is this just your take as a man in the internet? Because all these things you say, seem to align more with red pill ideology then any real and healthy relationships i've been in. Anyway, women are more favoured these days with the feminist agenda that has created so much sympathy for women. In different parliament of the country, women have now joined decision making to at least also contribute their own quota to the growth of the nation and also with special interest and protection for the female folks.

I once discussed with a friend who runs a digital content firm, why his office is more of female workers, he said that women can spend more years as employees compared to some men who want quick money to set up their own business. I think this is not a matter of country again but the whole world. The world supports women than men because we all believed that woman are weaker vessels and they needed to be protected but some other way, some women use the advantage to hurt men e really badly. What you observed about women being more dominant in white collar jobs is quite true because I have been a first hand witness more than once, when a woman gets accepted or employed for a job I was more qualified to handle.
Still, I doubt it should pose a threat to the masculine race because there are still more fields and endeavors to be discovered and ventured into and the men are left to dominate in this regard while giving space to the fair folks who need a management to cater for their funds.

Also, I think it is only logical that the same women who are preaching for equality, should also be equally equipped to pay for their bills, refuse financial aids from men and share other financial responsibilities even though they are married or under care of a man.

I don't think one particular gender is more favoured than the other,  their are some opportunities in life that men will be the favourite to go in and ther are also some opportunities too women will be the most favourite too to go into. If you think before no men were favoured most in Jobs and other opportunities and now women are favoured now it means things are changing and that is what life is all about, everything is about time and season.

The feminist movement and female equal rights groups have turned the world upside down. I support them when they push for equal opportunities for women and fight against the oppression of the female gender. Like in my country, there are some cultural practices targeted at inhuman women.

However, some of these groups have become extremists. They support women disrespecting men because they teach them that they are equal to men.  The high rate of divorce rate of divorce in my country has been attributed to these extreme awareness campaign.

In the job market, some job suits males while some are mainly reserved for women. But if both sexes can do the job, I think women will have greater opportunities to be employed.

I also observed that women have become too materialistic because they have been brainwashed that lavishly spending on them is the true proof of love.

I will not de Tony the fact that women have proven to be more concentrated than men and at that, if you give a woman the same training given to her male counterparts, the woman will produce more results than the man if the same training is put into practical use, so for surely companies are becoming wiser in terms of employment and can still comfortably hire females compared to they make counterparts, so you should not be surprised, and gone are those days that men have upper hands, the economy believes in inputs and not assumptions that are based on sentimental influence female are more productive that male in so many ways.

Unfortunately I can't find the statistical facts and I also didn't conduct a survey though, but I can say that because of my observation where I have a friend of men and women who working in the same company, same position, and it should be same salary, but they both have a very different lifestyle.

Does it make me insecure? I would say yes, but I can't accept if it's due to gender discrimination, if it's about quality, I can accept that.

I don't think this is true.

Women have menstruation, they always complain before, during and after their period which affect their performance. You know like mood swing, pain in stomach, tired etc.

While men aren't like that, they're always the same.

All over the world women are giving special preference than men because they see them as weaker vessel, people that don't need stress though giving them these kind of treatments is not actually bad but it should not be too much I mean it should be limited and have boundaries. We are human and everyone deserves better regardless of the gender and even the bible said it, that we are all equal before the eyes of God. Change is constant in life, and it's either we flow with it or we're left out, I believe that gender equality have come to stay and there's nothing we can do about it. By nature and as it was in the old days men used to singlandedly carter for their family needs and security while the women managed their homes.

Everything have changed and there is a major reason that caused the paradigm shift, according to my understanding. Because of the increased financial burden on men to provide quality living for their families, their wives began to leave the homes to get jobs inorder to support their husbands. When these women starts to make money, sometimes higher than their husbands, then they started to demand for equal rights, afterall we're all bringing money to the table. We have to accept this change and allow women's inclusion to work in high paying jobs and in decision making. Although I personally believe that it doesn't matter who earns more in a home, the man should be the head of the family, a woman can be a head at work and in the society but in the home she should allow her husband to be the head.
