Hello!

I have addressed support 3 times with hoping to get answers, but no development so I am forced to make this topic here for an official reply.
Keep in mind I have already won a case against BC GAME before when a bonus buy I bought didn't play out and just taking money from my balance, so I am not here to bullshit or make up a story.

Yesterday I had a session in BC GAME where I ended up depositing around 3k usd.
After playing some slots I decided to give their plinko a go.
I was doing bets between $5.6 - $11 on ARS currency. (~6000ARS - 12000ARS)

The game worked fine for a while, after lowering my bet from ~12000 ARS bets /2 to nearly 6000 ARS bets I encountered a bug.
So I play plinko on just auto play, I don't use any addition scripts or any parameters, just the simple auto play.

How ever when I wanted to stop auto play it did not let me click the stop button - resulting in around 150 unwanted plinko balls.
Now what do you do in this kind of situation? Hope that support or casino management believes that their game is rigged and won't let you stop auto?
Or you accept the loss in hopes of capturing the bug on video and try to reason with the site?
So that's what I did, despite refreshing the game I HAD TO make a video about this, BECAUSE OTHERWISE NOBODY WOULD BELIEVE ME THAT THIS HAPPENED.

So to answer the casinos comment on why didn't you refresh the game when you first encountered the bug is:
First of all I was shocked and wanted to figure out why didn't it stop the game, then it took about 10 seconds for me to realize I need to make a video to prove this, so all process around 40-50 seconds from discover to video to closing the game.

In the video you can clearly see when I hover my mouse over the stop button it clearly shows that it greys out and a my cursor becomes a stop sign not allowing me to press stop. This is very unacceptable for a major site to do this to their players, I also believe there are more cases like that and I am not the only one who has been robbed like that.

My ask is $1000 usd site credit, for the unwanted plinko bets and for the bug report.
There is nothing to argue about me being in the right, you could argue that $1000 is more than I lost during the bug, but since all this resulted in a very negative experience and I am somewhat doing a job to report this issue I feel $1000 is a fair ask.

Hey there. 2 things, first of all, just upload the video on some streaming site because nobody wants to go to people they don't know's google drive or whatever, streaming is much easier.
Second, stay away from originals on this site because they have a 4% house edge, compared to basically every other casino that has 1% house edge. Just doesn't make sense to play house originals there anymore after they raised it to this crazy number.

Glancing at your previous case with BC, it was a problem with a provider that got resolved by BC reaching the provider to get the matter resolved? So unless I read wrongly [after all, I'm simply glancing at it] that was not a problem from BC's side.

For this matter though, were the plinko is from BC originals? Or from other provider? If you can shoot me your UID, I'll try to reach my contact and get an explanation from their side? Suppose the BC rep [I'll strongly assume you're talking about BC.Game Support, as BC.GAME is more focused with ANN and promo] that you sent a PM hadn't reply to you yet.

well... the timely manner to get this solved is bit lagging now.

There's a formal claim option as well for the time they were operating under Curacao license - https://sbgok.org/claim/
I personally know few svips who have been locked out of their rewards and balances and as well as hundreds of thousands in affiliate commission stolen from other players. Hope this link helps someone, but for me it's useless since at the time of this event they were already under a new license.

I also have done some digging and I see they have many court cases going on actually and they have now moved their license to Anjouan.
Any formal site for a claim like that for Comoros?

nope, my net is fine and I have played house games since 2020, never seen anything like this happen.
overall online casino experience reaches back to 2007.

edit: if it would have been a net problem the plinko balls would have started to lag as well and not drop in such rapid pace.

overall online casino experience reaches back to 2007.

edit: if it would have been a net problem the plinko balls would have started to lag as well and not drop in such rapid pace.

They dev team kinda assured me that the stop button was unclickable not due to a bug, rather more to a rapid click, a slow internet, or both. Right now, my contact tries to inquire deeper though, whether there was a rapid "click" [I guess, from their side, it'll shown as multiple attempt to submit the auto-bet in milliseconds]. But, safe to say, it was not a bug.

How's it safe to say it's not a bug when you clearly can't stop the auto function I mean this should not happen EVER, like one thing for me is certain that is: I had ~150 unwanted bets during this mess and I would like to be compensated, how ever you classify this case is up to you.
I also have asked few casino owners I know if they would reimburse a player if this would had happened on their site and they don't see why not.

In the past week when I have discussed this topic with some of my fellow gamblers - they have also reported back to me encountering the same error not just on plinko, but other house games as well. This means that BC GAME is getting away with forcing players to make millions of unwanted bets. Not everyone thinks to record this you know. If it is organized to do so in the backend then it's probably one of the most brilliant scams ever - but we would never know this nor never find out in any way.

Pardon my French, but you are kind of implying on that I deliberately did this to now squeeze money of them no? Just looks like you are kind of on their side.

Well, they are sure it was not a bug. However, they on the same page that the bet in question should be voided. But, after following a thorough examination [they even asked me to send them the link to the video you use as the basis for your request of 1,000 USD, I guess to crosscheck and confirm with the data from their side], they found that the session that has this "issue" is only one session, and they'll refund you the amount in that bet, USD 225.

I'm not sure how, but I guess they'll credit it to your account.

Well, they are sure it was not a bug. However, they on the same page that the bet in question should be voided. But, after following a thorough examination [they even asked me to send them the link to the video you use as the basis for your request of 1,000 USD, I guess to crosscheck and confirm with the data from their side], they found that the session that has this "issue" is only one session, and they'll refund you the amount in that bet, USD 225.

I'm not sure how, but I guess they'll credit it to your account.

Thanks for trying, however $225 looks like a spit in my face.
I have managed to get a hold of a representative from BC over telegram, just waiting for his final conclusion.

If we come to an agreement I will be back here shortly to close the thread and mark the case solved.

No solution yet. From the chats they do agree that I should be reimbursed for the unwanted rounds, but lately the communication has been a bit slow.

Update:
After nearly 2 weeks of struggle BC has put $224.81 as a bonus on my account.
What do you think guys, should I just move on at this point? Despite the fact that I lost more and waited 2 weeks? Looks like a spit in my face...
